نفرین به تسلیم طلبان و مرتدانی  که بوسه بر خنجر خونریز امپریالیسم و ارتجاع  می زنند!

 

امپریالیزم جهانخوار، دشمن خلق های ستمدیده است. خلق های ستمدیده و فقیر، در سراسر دنیا بر ضد فقر، بی عدالتی و ستمگری به مبارزه خویش ادامه میدهند. امپریالیزم میکوشد تا در صفوف احزاب و سازمانهای پیشاهنگ پرولتری رخنه کرده، و با استفاده از توهمات طبقاتی برخی از عناصر خرده بورژوازی که در لای سازمانهای انقلابی خزیده اند، آن سازمانها را به سوی تسلیم طلبی و بوسه زدن بر خنجر خونریز امپریالیزم سوق دهد. جنبش انقلابی افغانستان نیز طی عمر پراز فراز و نشیب  خویش، شاهد خیانتگری های عناصر خرده بورژوا به انقلاب و مارکسیسم بوده است. این امر، پدیده تصادفی نبوده، بلکه ناشی از قانونمندی مبارزه طبقاتی است. طی پروسه مبارزه طبقاتی، همه طبقات هواخواه انقلاب اجتماعی، بر مبنای درجه انقلابیت خویش، وارد عرصه میشوند. در این میانه، پیگیرترین، استوارترین، و یگانه طبقه تا آخر انقلابی همانا پرولتاریا میباشد. خرده بورژوازی، بر مبنای ماهیت نوسانی خویش، طی پروسه انقلاب دموکراتیک نوین، از آنجایی که تحت ستمگری های رژیم های فئودال-بیروکراتیک-کمپرادور قرار دارد، از سویی رخ به سوی انقلاب و پرولتاریا دارد، اما از سویی دیگر، ماهیت بورژوایی وی، آنرا مستعد هرگونه خیانت ورزیدن به آرمان انقلاب و تنها ماندن پرولتاریا میسازد. آنعده از اعضای تشکلات انقلابی پرولتری که از طبقه خرده بورژوازی برخاسته اند، در صورتیکه آموزش انقلابی مارکسیسم را به درستی درک نکرده باشند، نیز هنگام قرار گرفتن در بستر امتیازات امپریالیستی جهت خریدن وجدان انقلابی شان، به انقلاب پشت نموده و در منجلاب خیانت به انقلاب غرق میشوند. نیز خرده بورژوا ها، شدیدا مستعد به ترک مبارزه انقلابی حین مواجهه با شرایط سرکوب و اختناق بوده، و به انحای گوناگون، بزدلانه از عرصه بیرون رفته، و یا تسلیم قدرت قهار طبقات استثمارگر حاکمه و ارتجاع بین المللی میشوند. میتوان تعبیر مشهور کارل مارکس کبیر را که میگفت: من مارکسیست نیستم، اشاره یی از سوی آن رهبر کبیر پرولتری راجع به خصلت نوسانی و غیر قابل اعتماد خرده بورژواهایی دانست که لاف مارکسیست بودن میزدند، اما شخصیت» انقلابی «شان شدیدا متزلزل و شکننده بوده است. آری! ارتجاع «زرنگ» که «همه گی جا رنگ رنگ است»، پیوسته در کمین نشسته است تا نیروهای انقلابی را شکار و اغفال نموده، و آنها را به ورطه خیانت به انقلاب و ایدئولوژی دورانساز طبقه کارگر بکشاند. سرود انقلابی معروفی میگفت که: » ارتجاع گر چه زرنگ است/ همه گی جا رنگ رنگ است/ به روان چه گوارا/ به استالین توانا/ نگذارم ارتجاع را.» خیلی ها دردناک است که می بینی که رفیقی که این سرود را زمانی به لب داشت، به روان چه گوارا و به استالین توانا پشت نموده، و از پس خنجر میزند! خیلی ها دردناک است که رفقای دیروزی، «نارفیق» از آب بدر می آیند، و تسلیم زرنگی ارتجاع گردیده، و در چنان وضعیت کثیف، فکر میکنند که با پیوستن به گردان دموکراسی بورژوایی، زرنگی به خرج داده اند.! آری! نواده های کاوتسکی مرتد، منادیان «دموکراسی»بورژوایی و رهروان «فوکویاما»، بیچاره تر از آن و نا-کار-آمد تر از آن اند که پیوستن شان به ارتش ارتجاع سبب تضعیف صفوف پرولتاریا گردد. پرولتاریای جهانی، شاهد خیانتگری های هزاران خرده بورژوای کثیف بوده است. خرده بورژواهایی که زمانی حتی از «دیکتاتوری پرولتاریا» حرف میزدند، اما سرانجام، با قرار گرفتن در لبه پرتگاه خیانت، بر ضد پرولتاریا و بر ضد شورش بر حق توده های ستمدیده قرار گرفته، و در پرتگاه کثیف خیانت به انقلاب، جاودانه سقوط نموده اند. از زمان آغاز حاکمیت پوشالی رژیم وطن فروش خلق-پرچم، شمار کثیری از انقلابیون، نیروهای چپی و کمونیستان انقلابی (مائوئیست ها) عمدتا به منظور فرار ازدم تیغ بی دریغ جلادان خلقی –پرچمی ترک کاشانه نموده، به کشورهای همسایه و سایر کشورها، از جمله کشورهای اروپایی و آمریکا، عازم شدند. پر واضح است که مقاومت برخی از گروههای انقلابی، هرچند به شکل غیر منظم، بر ضد رژیم پوشالی طی سالیان عمر کثیف آن رژیم ادامه داشت، اما آن مقاومت ها که بر مبنای خط صحیح ومائوئیستی استوار نبودند، و به ویژه پس از شهادت کادر های مرکزی آن سازمانها، نتوانستند به نتایج مثبت و سازنده قدرت نوین در امر مبارزه بر ضد سوسیال-امپریالیزم روس و رژیم پوشالی دست نشانده آن، منجر شوند.آنهایی که به خارجه پناه بردند، به سه بخش تقسیم میشوند

1-    بخشی از آن عناصر و نیرو ها ، در جای و محیط های نو، استحاله نموده، و با مبارزه وداع گفتند

2-    برخی ها ضمن ادعای مبارزه، مواضع تسلیم طلبانه و یا غیر اصولی پیش گرفته از شاهراه انقلاب منحرف شدند.

3-    بخشی دیگر ، متعهد به انقلاب و راه رهایی زحمتکشان بوده، و تا امروز مبارزه خویش را بر ضد ارتجاع ملی و بین المللی ادامه میدهند.

 

آن عده ازعناصر خاین به انقلاب که به تسلیم طلبی روی آوردند، درحقیقت ماهیت خرده بورژوایانه شان بر تعهد انقلابی شان چربیده، آنانرا در قهقرای تسلیم طلبی وسرانجام ارتداد نگونسار ساخت. عناصر استحاله شده نیز به مارکسیسم بزرگترین خیانت ها را مرتکب شدند که آن خیانت ها نیز «بیس» طبقاتی خرده بورژایانه آنها را نشان میدهد. واضح است که برخی از  مرتدان و استحاله شده گان ، دارای بیس طبقاتی از سایر طبقات استثمارگر نیز بوده اند. اما این عمدتا خرده بورژوازی، و مواضع منطبق با توهمات خرده بورژوازی بود که زمینه ساز استحاله و ارتداد را در میان آن نیروهای خاین به انقلاب فراهم نمود.

امروزه، در شرایطی که بیش از  یکصد و چهل هزار سرباز اجنبی زیردرفش امپریالیستان افغانستان را اشغال نموده، و رژیم پوشالی دست نشانده خویش را به وجود آورده اند، بخش دیگری از عناصر سابقا چپ و کمونیست و یا مدعی کمونیست بودن، چه در داخل و چه در خارج از مملکت، تسلیم آمال ضد توده یی امپریالیزم و ارتجاع گردیده، با تسلیم طلبی ها و ارتداد ورزی ها، بوسه بر خنجرخونین اشغالگران و متجاوزان و قاتلان خلق های ستمدیده و بی دفاع افغانستان میزنند. در شمار این خاینان «نوین» عمدتا عناصری که  تازه به خارجه «پناه» برده، شامل میباشد. همچنان ، برخی  از عناصرو شخصیت هایی که از سابقه درخشان مبارزه و مقاومت ضد سوسیال امپریالیستی برخورداراند نیز در شمار این تسلیم طلبان «نوین» شامل میباشد. این تسلیم طلبان و مرتدان، تسلیم عشوه ها و امتیازدهی های نیروهای ارتجاع بین المللی گردیده، و به انقلاب و اندیشه دورانساز طبقه کارگر پشت نموده اند. سازمان کارگران افغانستان نفرین بیکران خویش را  به همه «افغان» هایی که به انقلاب و اندیشه انقلابی خیانت ورزیده و در خارجه، و عمدتا در غرب لمیده اند، بیان داشته، و ازهمه نیروهای انقلابی و کمونیست انقلابی میخواهد تا در اتخاذ مواضع محکم و انقلابی بر ضد تسلیم طلبان و مرتدان، از هیچ تلاشی دریغ ننموده، و مرتدان را بی نقاب ساخته، و از صفوف با افتخارپرولتری بیرون برانند. سازمان ما نیز با آنکه عمدتا در داخله متمرکز بوده و فعالیت دارد، دارای شماری کدر های خارجه نشین نیز میباشد که هر کدام بنابر دلایلی در خارج از افغانستان به سر میبرند. دراینشمار، برخی ها با تعهد راستین گام زده،و در آرزوی بازگشت به وطن و پیشبرد مبارزه انقلابی در داخل کشور اند. متاسفانه عده انگشت شماری نیز از اعضای سازمان را سراغ گرفته ایم که بر انقلاب و مارکسیسم پشت پا زده، و با مبارزه انقلابی وداع گفته، و در لجن زار تسلیم طلبی و ارتداد غرقه شده اند. این عده عناصر مرتد، شایایی و توانایی سپاریدن راه خارایین انقلاب پرولتری را نداشته، وهمانگونه که  مرتدان خرده بورژوازی درهمه سازمانها و احزاب انقلابی درهمه کشورها میکنند، به انقلاب خیانت ورزیده، و بنابرآن، از صفوف سازمان وتشکیلات ما رانده شده اند. سازمان ما تلاش به خرج میدهد تا با راه اندازی مبارزه دو خط در سطح ملی و بین المللی، مرزمیان انقلابیون و تسلیم طلبان را روشنتر از پیش کند. آری! برای تسلیم طلبان و مرتدان در صفوف سازمان ما جایی نیست. ما با تمام نیرو، مراتب نفرت خویش را ازعناصر خودفروخته، وجدان باخته وخاین به انقلاب ابراز داشته، و یک باردیگر،به تجدید تعهد برای ادامه مبارزه برضد ارتجاع ملی وبین المللی می پردازیم.

 

افتخار به انقلابیون پرولتری که به هیچ صورتی درفش سرخ مبارزه را بر زمین ننهاده ونخواهند نهاد!

 

نفرین به خرده بورژوا ها و سایرعناصرکثیفی که به انقلاب و مارکسیسم-لنینیسم-مائوئیسم خیانت نموده اند!

 

نفرین به کسانیکه دربدل کسب امتیازات از بورژوازی و ارتجاع ، در حق توده های میلیاردی ستمدیده خیانت میکنند!

We thank you, because, it shows that: you too are serious in upholding,defending and spreading Marxist-Leninist-Maoist materials, especially those issues which directly target the revisionism and centrism and upholds Maoism prinicpally.

In these days of «dominant» revisionist parties, which aim to tail the movement to Avakianism and Prachandism, it is necessary and too important to expose centrism and impose Maoism internationally, by upholding and defending chairman Gonzalo.

Why do we stand for Chairman Gonzalo’s Achievements?

 

Chairman Gonzalo, as we affirm, is Peoples› war! He is the fourth sword of Communism, and the greatest living Marxist-Leninist-Maoist in the planet. He is the one who has formulated Maoism out of the context of the development of Marxism-Leninism by Chairman Mao-Tse-Tung. So, fighting for communism, and upholding Maoism necessiates upholding chairman Gonzalo. Upholding and defending chairman Gonzalo, is the best way to oppose centrism. It is the best weapon to hate,stamp and smash Avakianism and Prachandism. Let us uphold Maoism by learning from chairman Gonzalo. So, we have to repeat: uphold Chairman Gonzalo’s shining line and hate,stamp and smash revisionism!

To day, as yesterday, It is necessary to banner Maoism by studying chairman Gonzalo’s revolutionary achievements and contributions to Marxism. So, there is no revolutionary Maoist stand if denying Chairman Gonzalo’s shining way of formulating and upholding Maoism. Uphold Gonzalo and impose Maoism! This last sentence summarizes the importance of Chairman Gonzalo’s place in International Communist Movement. For a New and powerful Maoist Center, for a worldwide Maoist Organization of brother parties, chairman Gonzalo’s affirmtion will serve as a unity point. So, let us begin fighting for raising the red banner of Chairman Gonzalo’s great leadership in ICM. His great leadership serves for imposing Maoism internationally.

Our organization seeks the opportunity to keep in contact with Maoist forces abroad. We think that: Only a strong and principalled unity among Maois forces may pave the way to a strong ICM, upholding a corret line. For an international leading body of Maoists, it is necessary to uphold Chairman Gonzalo. We think that: the hegemony of any party or organization, in the situation which we are now, has no thing to serve for International People’s war. To create a real Maois power in the planet, brings about the necessity of taking a correct line, rather than a hegemonist party leading the ICM. We still remember the sabotageous and destructive role of Avakianism in the deviationist line of RIM. So, we insist in Chairman Gonzalo’s shining thought, to be the international recognition of Current ICM. This is the key for creating a stong and victorious ICM. So, for getting nearer, and for ranking closer, Maoist parties and froces of the world, should get together around chairman Gonzalo’s ‹thought» leadership in ICM. This is the only way to defend and impose Maoism. This is the only way to crash, expose and smash revisionism.

our organization asks you and other revolutionary Maoists of the world to bring efforts to create a new International Maoist Center (Like RIM, but principalled one, not RIM kind one). In the future Maoist center, we must take position for imposing Maoism, and to do so, we must emphasise in Chairman Gonzalo’s Great Leadership to be recognized by ICM. We must create a Maoist Center, which must recognize chairman Gonzalo’s achievements and contributions. The false and deviationist positions and «theories» of Avakianists, created a deformed»RIM». We must create a new and healthy «RIM», based on Maoism. To base it on Maoism, makes i necessary to uphold chairman Gonzalo. For all Maoists, upholding chairman Mao must be upholding chairman Gonzalo. This is true aslo to proclaim that: Upholding chairman Gonzalo means upholding chairman Mao. For revolutionary Marxist-Leninists, recognization of Leninism meant recognition of Stalin and his contributions to Leninism. Today, for revolutionary Communists (Maoists), recognition of Maoism, means recognition of Chairman Gonzalo, and his contributions to Maoism. Chairman Gonzalo is the greatest interpretor of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism. Chairman Gonzalo is «Joseph Stalin» of Maoism. Comrade Stalin upholded,defended and applied Leninism more than all people in the planet. Chairman Gonzalo upholded,defended and applied Maoism more than all people in the planet. so, Chairman Gonzalo’s position in Maoist world is the same of Comrade Stalin’s Position in Leninist world.

Let us celebrate the 141^th Anniversary of Paris Commune Revolution by Waging More People’s wars!

Overcome the Bend!  Golden Communism is yours!

 

 

International proletariat and the oppressed masses of the world, glorify the 141th ANNIVERSARY OF PARIS COMMUNE. In 18^th March 1817, the French Working class broke the chains of capitalist exploiters from their hands, for the first time in the world history. That Momentum is the beginning of the proletarian revolutions. Commune of Paris, as a vanguard society of the working class power, paved the way to the New Era, the Era of World Proletarian Revolutions! Commune was the precursor to Great October Revolution of 1917 in Russia. It was a confirmation of scientific socialism in practice. So, study of this great world historic momentum, enriches the combatant experience of world proletariat. However defeated by brutal bourgeoisies of allied German and French, commune was and showed the future society. It drew the line of emancipation of the working class. As all know, scientific socialism rises from French socialists; too the first practice of a socialist model came from France. This was the reason why the founders of scientific socialism admired French radicalism and pointed out her vanguard role in world politics. Indeed, the Great French Revolution, shook the world, and paved the way for democracy, promotions and liberty to the world. It tore in to pieces the feudal rotten system. We still remember the vanguard role of French working class in 1993 revolt. It was also a special momentum: The momentum of so called “end of history” of bourgeois tribunes, and the momentum of so called “death of Communism”. The revolt of French working class in 1993 showed that: It was revisionism which collapsed in former USSR, and in East Block. The present and future is only belonged to the working class and proletarian power! So, the true momentum was that of the REVOLT’s!

 

 

 

Today, we must not simply celebrate the memory of Paris commune. We must celebrate it like the way which the revolutionary communards celebrated the class struggle: The way which the communards upheld and defended the revolution. It means that: the true celebration of Paris commune comes from waging more people’s war. Paris commune was the beginning. The arrest of Chairman Gonzalo, at the context of strategic offensive of world proletarian revolution, was a bend in the road, and the working class and the communists of the world should overcome this bend by waging more people’s wars.

We are going towards golden communism. So we feel no tired and no stop. Continuing the previous class struggles, we aim to bring about true peoples wars to overcome the bend, and to reach the final goal of Communism!

نمونه یی از سانسور انترنتی که بوسیله «جمهوری» کثیف «آخندی» ایران اعمال میشود!

 

«جمهوری» کثیف آخندی ایران، به گواهی تاریخ بیش از سه دهه خون و خیانت آن، پیوسته به سرکوب آزادی بیان و سایر آزادی های دموکراتیک اقدام ورزیده است. صحبت کردن از نقض آزادی های دموکراتیک در مقایسه با سایر جنایتکاری های «کبیر» این «جمهوری» کاملا رنگ می بازد! هم زمان با پا گرفتن «جمهوری» اسلامی ایران، ده ها هزار کمونیست، چپگرای و انقلابیون وطن پرست مورد سرکوب، توهین و تحقیر و سرانجام کشانیدن به پای دار قرار گرفت. شیرازه  سازمان های مترقی انقلابی نظیر چریک های فدایی خلق ایران، از سبب کشتار ها و دربند کردن های دسته جمعی بوسیله آخندان، از همه گسست. فرار میلیونها ایرانی به خارج ازایران، قتل های عام دسته جمعی، شکنجه های وحشیانه زندانیان سیاسی، ظهور پدیده ی شوم «تواب» در زندانهای سیاسی، و سرانجام، به تمامی از عرصه بیرون راندن نیرو های روشنفکر از عرصه های سیاسی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی، «دست آورد» سیاه و لکه های ننگ بر دامان «سپید» آخندان و «جمهوری » سرکوبگر آخندی شان است. آخندیسم، هیچگاهی به آسایش خاطر نتوانسته بالای خلق های آزادیخواه و عدالت طلب ایران حکمرانی کند. از همین رو بوده است که رژیم خیانت پیشه آخندی، پیوسته به سرکوب توده ها، و امحای فزیکی مخالفین مبادرت ورزیده است. با اوج گرفتن نارضایتی های توده ها، رژیم خون وخیانت آخندی، دست به «ابداعات» عوامفریبانه، نظیر روی کار آوردن به اصطلاح آخند های «میانه رو» نیز زده است. اما، سیر حوادث به اثبات رسانید که آخند ، آخند است، و «میانه رو» و «تندر رو» در قاموس اندیشه قهقهرایی حاکم بر ایران معنای بنیادینی نداشته و نخواهد داشت. از همین رو است که برای ایرانیان، فرقی میان «محمد خاتمی» و » احمدی نژاد» هرگز وجود داشته نمی تواند. از آنجاییکه «جمهوری» آخندی ایران، به مثابه دزد انقلاب خلق های ایرانی، پایگاه اجتماعی وسیعی در میان طبقات ستمدیده هرگز نداشته است ، لهذا، رژیم جنایت پیشه بر سر اقتدار، همیشه دست به سرکوب زده، و آزادی بیان و عقیده را به » سیمرغ و کیمیا» مبدل نموده است که از آن فقط نامی باقی مانده است. این رژیم خونخوار، همانگونه که بالای شهروندان خویش ستم روا میدارد، بالای مهاجران و به خصوص مهاجران افغانی نیز از انواع ستمگری کارگرفته، و در این راستا، شوونیسم وحشیانه  خویش را برملا داشته است. از آنجایی که دسترسی به انترنت، میتواند وسیله خوبی باشد جهت پخش و دریافت خبر و معلومات ، ودر نتیجه، میتواند خطر بالقوه و نیز باالفعل برای رژیم جنایت پیشه محسوب شود، لهذا این رژیم، دست به سانسورگری در سطح «ماهواره » یی زده، و مانع رسیدن معلومات دست اول و مورد نیاز برای ایرانیان گردیده ، و نیز نمی گذارد که فریاد های ستمدیده گان ایرانی به گوش سایر انسانهای زحمتکش در سایر کشور ها برسد. همچنان، تجربه «بهار عربی» را برخی از » سیاست دانان» جمهوری آخندی، قسمی به تحلیل گرفته اند که: بایستی جهت جلوگیری از همچو «بهار» هایی، میزان دسترسی به انترنت، از لحاظ کمی و کیفی را باید به حد اقل رسانید.

چنان یک داوری ضد دموکراتیک و بربری منشانه، تا کی میتواند مانع و سد طوفانو سیلان خشم طبقات ستمدیده گردد؟جالب آنست که رژیم آخندی، نه تنها سایت های خارجی «خطرناک» را سانسور و تحریم میکند ، بلکه ، حتی «وبلاگ» های درون مرزی خویش، و و سایر وبلاگهای مربوط به ایرانیان بروزن مرزی را که به نوعی با ایرانیان درون مرزی تماس برقرار میکنند، را زیر مراقبت و سانسور جدی قرار میدهد. اینک به ذکر نمونه یی از وحشی گری، تمدن ستیزی و دشمنی با دگر اندیشی رژیم کثیف می پردازیم:

تعدادی  از server (سرور) های وبلاگ رسان، دارای امکانات زبان فارسی وجود دارد که توسط ایرانیان، و تقریبا اغلب مستقیم و یا غیر مستقیم بوسیله رژیم آخندی، نظارت و کنترل میشود. مشهور ترین شان، بلاگفا، پرشین بلاگ، بلاگسپات و… میباشد. ایرانیان درون مرزی وبیرون مرزی از این سرویس ها استفاده میکنند. زیرا که این وبلاگها خدمات رایگان عرضه میکنند. شاید در بادی امر چنین به نظر برسد که عرضه خدمات رایگان، خود «خدمتی » از سوی آخندها در جهت زمینه سازی بهتر برای پخش افکار و آثار ایرانیان باشد. حاشا و پرگست که چنین نیست! در صورت چنین احتمال به دور از «جاغور» آخند ها امکان پذیر می بود که آنها را اندکی تحمل پذیری و تحمل دگراندیشان میداشتند. حال آنکه آخند ها در طول بیش از سی سال حاکمیت منحوس خویش، دیگر اندیشان را به رگبار بسته و به چوبه دار کشانیده اند. اگر وبلاگهایی خلاف موازین «آخندی» به نشر مواد اقدام ورزد، بوسیله دستگاه های کنترل و فیلتر گوش به فرمان آخند ها، کشف و شناسایی گردیده، و مسدود میگردند. نمونه تازه و زنده این مورد، وبلاگ ذیل است:

پرشین بلاگ، یعنی ارائه کننده خدمات به وبلاگ ذیل، خویشتن را «بزرگترین جامعه انترنتی ایرانیان» میخواند. اما این » بزرگترین جامعه انترنتی ایرانیان» نیز آخند زده، و بازیچه دستان آخندهای دشمن آزادی بیان میباشد. وبلاگ مذکور که حاوی مطالب سیاسی –اجتماعی از نقطه نظر طبقه کارگر وسایر طبقات ستمدیده بوده، و از موضع دموکراسی پرولتری حرف میزد، به خار چشم آخند ها مبدل گردیده، و آنرا مسدود کردند.

زمانی که آن وبلاگ فعال بود، و مواد آن بوسیله سایر وبسایت ها و رسانه های دموکراتیک و کمونیستی اقتباس و پخش مجدد میشد، عده یی سکتاریست پیدا شده بودند و اعلام میداشتند که: گرداننده گان این وبلاگ، خود را » جمعی از مارکسیست-لنینیست-مائوئیست های ایرانی» خواند اند ، حال آنکه ایشان نخست یک جمع نیستند، بلکه آنهمه نبشته، مال یک نفر بیش نیست.»

 رفقای افغانستانی گرداننده گان  وبسایت «شورش» ، اعتراض مملو از دشنام سکتاریست ها را خردمندانه پاسخ نبشتند ، و بیان داشتند که : مهم خط صحیح آنهاست، و نه کمیت. و نه حتی اسم ویا اسم مستعار داشتن شان قابل درنگ ومایه نگرانی است.

وبسایت های «شورش» ، «شعله جاوید»، » سه عقرب»، «بابا»و…به نشر مطالب رفقای «جمعی از مارکسیست-لنینیست-مائوئیست های ایرانی » پرداختند که البته با این کار خود، دین انترناسیونالیستی ودموکراتیک خویش را ادا کردند. اما، نگره سکتاریستی، بالاخره به کام دل خود رسید: وبلاگ رفقای ایرانی ما، که به چشم سکتاریست ها حقیر وغیر قابل اعتنا می آمد، به خار چشم رژیم آخندی بدل گردیده بود. حالا کین سکتاریسم را از آن «جمع» می بایست آخندیزم بکشد! همین بود که آن وبلاگ را بستند. آوخ که رژیم های خون آشام و دیکتاتور، ولو که در آستانه مبدل شدن به قدرت اتومی، و بل دارنده گان سلاح هسته یی هم باشند، از آنجایی که بنیاد ضد مردمی دارند، چقدر تنها اند، وچقدر همیشه در ترس و وحشت به سر می برند. رژیم آخندی ایران نیز، با آنهمه «دم و دستگاه» عشوه دهنده اش به غرب، از یک «وبلاگ» چنان به ستوه آمده، و از مواضع انقلابی و زبان توده یی آن، چنان به عرق مرگ افتاد که درب آنرا بسته، و مادامیکه میکوشی آنرا بگشایی، برای مراجعه کننده گان چنین پیامی، به یادگار گذاشت:

دسترسی به وبلاگ مورد نظر طبق دستور مقامات قضایی یا عدم رعایت قوانین سایت امکان پذیر نیست.

بستن این وبلاگ، چراغ سرخی است برای سایر وبلاگهایی که دارای

 

 محتویات ضد رژیمی و یا دیگر اندیشانه اند. از این به بعد، کاربران

رفقای سازمان کارگران افغانستان، بسته شدن آن وبلاگ را که حاوی مواد غنی تئوریک و انقلابی بود، یک ضایعه واقعی دانسته، و مراتب نفرت خویش را نسبت به رژیم اجرا کننده این سیاست ضد دموکراتیک برای هزارم بار ابراز میدارد. امیدواریم که رفقای ایرانی ما از این حادثه ، بیش از پیش بر کینه طبقاتی خویش نسبت به دشمن طبقاتی افزوده، و به کار و پیکار انقلابی خویش ادامه بخشیده، و دچار یاس و خسته گی نشوند. به قول هوشنگ ابتهاج سایه، شاعر بزرگ ایران:

Dear MRO-PCR comrades,

 

We hope you are all fine and all struggling against our class enemies in Canada.

we sure are about your communist sincerely intentions, other wise you would not intend publishing documents of a revolutionary organization from an oppressed country(Afghanistan)

we are writing to you from Afghanistan, a country which has been invaded by US-imperialism and her co. The imperialists and other expansionist lackeys have gathered and invaded our country. they have destroyed every thing. they have brought a «puppet» regime claiming to create a «democracy» for Afghanistan. All know that: Karzai Regime is a fake and corrupt regime and a puppet of US lead invaders. So, all revolutionary forces in the world must take firm positions against invaders and must defend the oppressed peoples of Afgansitan. the invaders have smashed the democratic movement of the people of Afghansitan. They are backing Talibans and have kept this reactionary force of corrupt Islamists alive. So, the imperialists are using two sword : the sword of puppet regime, and the sword of Taliban ( The so called resistance against invaders)

the imperialists are using these two swords to kill our people. they have robbed and smashed our independence and have broken down our national unity using traitors of Jehadi (Islamic extremists).

To day, the only patriot and democratic force in Afghansitan are those revolutionaries whom do not surrender to Puppet Regime and do not back Taliban. These revolutionaries have come from Maoist ranks whom are fighting for New Democracy and Communist future.

We are writing to you from inside Afghanistan. You imagine:

more than one hundred fourthy housand forces of imperialism-co have invaded our country. The Jehadi and Taliban are also shouldering them. So, you can guess how dangers revoltionary forces face. For real revolutionaries whom are mainly inside afghanistan, this is a struggle of Life and deadth. We have chosen to be murdered for our country. We have chosen to be martyred in defense of our country. We want independence. But, as communists, we are not only fighting for mere independence. We are fighting to establish New Power. We want power for People. We fight for Mass Democracy. We oppose liberal scenarios. Too we reject all anti Maoist scenarios. We believe that: Only Maoism is the key to establish new power and new state: The New Democratic Republic of Afghanistan. Because, only New Democracy creates the basis for a socialist transformation.

our organization ( Organization of The workers of Afghansitan,Marxist-Leninist-Maoist,principally Maoist) is the vanguard of proletariat and other oppressed masses of our country. We are fighting for communism. We are maoists and we uphold, defend and apply Maoism. To be a maoist, makes it necessary to fight for applying Maoism. The key to how to apply Maoism is: to find the way how to apply the universality Of Marxism-Leninism-Maoim in concrete conditioin of Afghansitan. This is a Marxist Thesis. No one can reject it except revisioinists. According to chairman Mao Tse Tung ( The first discoverer of concept of «thought» in developing Marxism-Leninism), the revolutions need their concrete way to be achieved, and this gives rise to a «thought», a «thought» which makes the universal Ideology applicablity. Chairman Gonzalo, is the second one whom talked about «thought»,by rediscovering this revolutionary thesis. Communist party of Peru, PBSP (Maoist Unity Group of Banglaldesh), Maoist Communist party of Manipur, our organization and  some other revolutionary Maoist organizations reaffirm themselves in Maoism. So, we reaffirm oursevles in Mao’s and chairman Gonzalo’s concept of «thought». this is Maoism. Those claiming to be Maoist ( Like Communist»Maoist» party of Afghanistan), but are neglecting and refusing «thought» , are indeed opposing Maoism. The so called party, nakedly and apparently announces that: To talk about guiding «thought» is anti Marxist and revisionism!

So, our organization disagrees with that organization and refuses its centrist revisionist polemics, the polemics which are following Avakinist line. We do not merely call them Avakianists just for their attendance in RIM. PCP also was a member of RIM, but was not an Avakianist. We call this Afghani Party as Avakianist because it tails Bob Avakian in rejecting basic Maoist concepts like: Guiding thought, Militarized communist parties, The idea of Great Leadership, Peoples› war until communism, Concentric construction of three magic tools of revoltion and…

Our organization proudly announces upholding chairman Gonzalo’s Maoist achievements. So, those whom set conspiracies, and are opposing and «rejecting» us, indeed are opposing Chairman Gonzalo and his all-powerful thought. So, here raises the matter of Line! It is a hard two lines struggle internationally. As PCP had already mentioned that it fights for Maoism as a red fraction, our organization is also a red fraction that fights for Maoism domestically and internationally. We are comradely united with all Maoist organizations, and especially with PCP, but we are not tied or bound to any organization internationally. Because, we think that: all Maoist organizations should have their own independence. This does not reject the idea of a communist International. Indeed we are fighting for that aim. We fight for a communist international.

We have never condemned any domestic or «foreign» proletarian organization with no principled reason. We have always criticized other organizations by Maoist knowledge. We have never pardoned deviations from Maoism. We believe in: Unify-Struggle-Unity. We strongly reaffirm ourselves in criticism and self-criticism. We have proven this when we self-criticized our past «Mao Tse Tung Thought» polemics. Afer Admitting Maoism, we self-criticized and rejected any doubt on Maoism as a Higher stage and the Newest in Marxism, as  : Marxism-Leninism-Maoism.

 For those whom reject the principality of Maoism, we have always mentioned that: Maoism is the higher and the newest development in Marxism, so it is principal. Those who do not accept this, are not worth to be called Maoists, and would not have the right to claim Maoism. So, the question of being principally Maoist is not a «Dogma», a «Mystery» or a «revision» to Marxism. Let us study chairman Gonzalo’s works, and then we will be sure that: those whom are against principality of Maoism, are revisionists. So, again we announce that: we affirm our selves in Marxism-Leninism-Maoism principally Maoism.

The “comrades» of: http://www.theworkersdreadnought.wordpress.com have uncomradely started a (counter-campaign) against principality of Maoism. They, as liar revisionists, in one side, are lying while

«Admiring” Gonzalo, but in other side, they oppose his formulation of principality of Maoism. We friendly answered them in their weblog’s «comments». But, instead, they continued sabotaging us. At least, one more weblog similar to their line, also shouldered them. The moderator of the second blog claimed to be a friend of the moderator of the first blog, and so, shouldered him!

Otherwise, there was no basic and principled argument in his defense. The second blog called us: principally unprincipled Maoists.

that was a mere repetition of the so called accusation of revisionists whom had called chairman Gonzalo and his Maoist achievements as «Dogmatism “and» Sectarianism». The «new» thing in both weblog is that: they both accuse us of sectarianism! The same accusation!

Let us see their basic «arguments»

They claim that we are only an online organization!

They say that we are Online Maoism, and are A Farce!

For their reply, we answered them according to principals, but they were not those whom be convinced. In our official website, http://www.proletar.blogfa.com, we also posted their views and our reply, and we added that: their «critics» are as childish as do not worth continuing to answer any more, because they were no ready to have a communist discussion. They did not reply to our last comment in their weblog (the first weblog). But, something that made us surprised was: the diehard support of them from Communist «Maoist» party of Afghanistan. At first, we took it easy, but while facing more insist from them, we considered it a «hidden'» game! Especially, we elicited their «unity» , and also the «connection» of Communist (Maoist) party of Afghanistan with Revolutionary Communist party of Canada. Because, we posted some of our documents to the last one, but they did not publish it. It does not matter. But, when we saw the sabotage of the «JMP»‘s null-and-void in your website, we considered it a serious, and we have to take firm decision to uncover their revisionist and rivalry to Maoism arguments.  Our organization has been fighting for six years, since its establishment for communism. We are completely based in Afghanistan. A few of our cadres are in foreign countries, and they are not from high ranks. So, the argument that: organization of the workers of Afghanistan be an “out of Afghanistan» organization is a farce! Rather, as much as we know, about more almost all the cadres and a great majority of the members of Communist party of Afghanistan are living abroad! But, still we have not claimed this point as a basic one to condemn that party. Because, for our organization, line is important and basic. We give principality to a correct line. We also confirm that: the number of members is also important, but we prefer a correct lined small revolutionary organization to a big but revisionist organization that consists of many members. The «bloggers» whom had attacked us, had condemned of being an organization located abroad and with no connection with masses of Afghanistan! For their hard defense of Communist (Maoist) party of Afghanistan, in reply, we say that: all leftists and communists inside Afghanistan are aware that: That so called Maoist party is mainly an out of Afghanistan party! in recent two years, it has tried to find a solution to be afghanified!

We are very sorry to «attack» an organization. We have never done this. But, when the matter is of a correct line, then we do «attack». but, unprincipled «bloggers» still have not the moral to : first find out who we are, and then attack our organization.

Our organization welcomes all attacks! But, we say: please find material ground for your attacks, and please do not rely on mere saboageous slangs!

About number of members: We have always said that: still have not the number as to create the all country communist Maoist party, and we still are smaller in number. But this does not have to create an accusation for «bloggers» o attack us. But, this is «A Farce» that they tail this and attack us; however they still have not read our documents and know nothing about our number.

Additionally, we have read Communist “Maoist “party of Afghanistan’s document that has answered to some critics whom had «attacked» her for few members having. This Party also insisted on correctness of line rather than number of members. We accept and support such answer. But, we also ask from Mr.JMP to at least, if not ready to read our documents, ready his supportee’s documents confessing being smaller in number. We are smaller in number but have not claimed to be a Party, but the so called Communist (Maoist) party of Afghanistan, despite being smaller in number, claims to be the only Communist party! However it still lacks the prerequisites to be.

We have a critic, and that is: If falsely, communist Maoist party of Afghanistan, claims to be the major Maoist organization in Afghanistan, why the other «especially» the non-Afghani «Maoists» like JMP are so eager to accept and repeat such claims? Is not there any matter of interest for such accepters? Is not there any “hidden'» knob?

Our organization has directly faces and bearded troubles in her struggle for New Democratic revolution in Afghanistan, because, we are a «physical» phenomenon, and not an Online Maoists! As claimed by «bloggers». Our online postings are only those whom are to be shared with other revolutionaries, and also to share it with our comrades whom have no direct access to our documents easily due to repressive conditions for revolutionary Maoist work. Our official website has been live for six years! So, for JMP’s attention, we say, that we are not so much «New» or «recently created» or online one. We are at least some months older than our internet official website! We are the masses! This is not a boasting! It is for reply of «bloggers» whom call us «cut with masses»! Their supported Party is cut from the masses, because, they are abroad and are mainly in Yankee world. We have grown out of the context of Afghanistan reality, have recruited members from among the masses, from the most aware stratum of them, and we consist of both young and old revolutionaries.

We also oppose to «bloggers› guess, are not a «branch» or extorted party of Communist (Maoist) party of Afghanistan. Still communist (Maoist) party of Afghanistan, like her supporters know nothing about our core! But, the news is that: we are introduced to the masses, and we are familiar to them, because, as chairman Gonzalo nicely says,: we are the sons and daughters of the toiled masses.

At end, we apologize if we have been forced to have «attacks» to any individual or organization. It we did such in this «article”, we have only done for the sake of principles, and for the sake of Maoist purity. we cannot tolerate revisionist conspiracies and opportunist backbites and sabotages and more, especially from those of virtually «online Maoists», those who, instead of working for igniting the fire of peoples› were, are «committed» to be the Attaché from some definite organization’s die hard defense for null-and void.

Dear Comrades,

We are happy that you say that you have no dependence to revolutionary communist party because, that party if had an internationalist line, would have to at least send us a «rejection email». We had welcomed them in our mail, but they did not at least send us a «rejection point”. Nor they were those of being critic to our positions. Rather, studying their documents recently, revealed for us that: they still have parliamentary and «Election» illusions and they still are not for universal people war.

World Proletariat Rejects Both Right and Left Opportunist lines Worldwide!

Communist party of Peru has been waging  a hard two lines struggle since chairman Gonzalo’s arrest in 1992. First, Right Opportunist Line came and presented their capitulation as Chairman Gonzalo’s line! Fortunately, revolutionary communists headed by Central Committee of Communist party of Peru were able to reveal the problem and stamped and smashed the Right Opportunist Line (ROL) within the party and abroad. Then the Left Opportunist Line (LOL), as another agent of imperialism and recaction, was generated by reactionary hoax of «new» capitulators, denying chairman Gonzalo and the Gonzalo thought. The miserable rats of LOL also had no popular and mass support, and their incorrect line, however creating illusions among backward minds, could not prevent continuing the Peoples› war. The glorious Communist party of Peru proved that: once the banner is raise, it can not be brought down!

To day, both LOL and ROL are defeated ideologically and the imperialsts can not use these old tools to bring obstacles for peoples› war. Recently, arrest of a commander popular to «comrade Artemoi» is being capitalized by Imperialism and puppet regime of Peru. It is about one decade that reaction headed by US imperialism wants to pretend the so called «comrade Artemoi» as leader or as one of the leading members of communist party of Peru. This «comrade» as evidents since 2003, has always seeked and asked for a «political solution» and has been a capitulationist. He has no relation and concern to communist party of Peru, and he has simply been a famous figure of ROL, and not of Communist party of Peru. His «arrest» is another scenari of imperialism and reaction. the reactionary forces want to spread capitulation by his so called «arrest». He was and still is an agent of CIA and a «brilliant» figure of ROL, as is Movadev.

Let us read the issue in details from Red Sun Magazine document recently published by Peru Peoples› Movement:

CONDEMN AND CRUSH THE REACTION’S NEW HOAX IN THE MAKING!
DOWN WITH CAPITULATION!

The Peru People’s Movement, the generated organ of the Communist Party of Peru for the Party work abroad, condemns and crushes the reaction’s new hoax in the making, and how they use the miserable ”Artemio” to this end. They present this”arrest” as a big success, a ”blow against the Party”, when the reality is that he is a capitulator who hawks ”peace accords” and amnesty, a faithful lackey of imperialism who has turned himself in as part of his service to the reaction – an agent who will serve his term in coordination with the reactionary forces in the naval base. First, they said he had two gunshot wounds in the chest, inflicted by Dincote collaborators, and that the male nurse confirmed this. Afterwards this was contradicted and he only has his hands bandaged. The position of the Central Committee and the whole Party is clear: this miserable rat of the ROL, after handing over the leadership, the members of the Regional Committee of Huallaga and cadres, turns himself in and asks for amnesty and ”peace accords”. Like he says himself: ”With sincerity we want to state that we want a political solution; we want it to end, but through the methods of a negotiation table”, he assures. And he continues: ”I entered into conversations through Monsignor Luis Bambarén Gastelumendi, (with) the head of the International Red Cross delegation at the time – we are talking about the year 2003 – and with the government of (Alejandro) Toledo (2001-2006)”

This rat turning himself in is the first step of a new hoax in the making; they exalt him as a big Party leader so that he may serve to promote capitulation together with the Movadef (ROL), and repeat the already crushed hoax that Chairman Gonzalo puts forward ”peace accord”. Remember how Humala stated a few days before that ”there are no conditions for an amnesty” – of course what he wanted was to formalize the “turning in” and then strive for the amnesty of Fujimori.

The reaction does not want a revisionist ”communist party” that might spoil the fat profits pre-established in the concessions of mining, gas, oil, gold for 2016. It only wants a revisionist ”communist party” as a mockery, more lackey, more like the IU [Izquierda Unida, the former “United Left”] – on this level that is the type of organization they want, and therefore they aim to bring out the electoral law; may Humala, Letts and Diez Canseco win, but with the economic policy of the bureaucrat bourgeoisie. Since 1980 they have applied it like that, and they continue with the same script; the ROL only aim at dragging the people to the elections in order to ”legitimize”.   

To conclude, this is what they want to present as a “victory”: presenting capitulators like the agent “Artemio”. While the LOL attacks Chairman Gonzalo and gonzalo thought in order to liquidate the people’s war, the ROL represents amnesty and elections.

We reaffirm ourselves in the Communist Party of Peru, its Central Committee and its whole system of Party leadership; in our all-powerful ideology Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, Gonzalo thought, principally Gonzalo thought, in the First Congress, the Third Plenum, the masterful Speech of our Great Leadership and in our whole Basis of Party Unity. Therefore, we condemn, reject and crush this whole plan of imperialism, reaction and revisionism of “peace accords”, of amnesty, of parliamentary cretinism and of armed revisionism. We reaffirm ourselves in our slogan People’s War Until Communism!

Organization of the Workers of Afghanistan congratulates the glorious day of March8th, to all oppressed women of the world, and especially to oppressed women of our country whom are suffering fro ills of Islamic fundamentalist extremism of Taliban and the puppet regime.

Only proletarian feminism can lead the oppressed women of our country toward victory and liberation. So, only Marxism-Leninism-Maois,principally Maoism is the key to the issue of the women’s Liberation.

To  All opressed women of Afghanistan,

 Let us unite with your working brothers,and raise the banner of New Democratic Revolution. Let us start prepartion for armed struggle in order to establish base areas, and then we will be able to establish the new power and the new life, an new life which brings liberation and prosperity to all women.

A Critic of “Fundamentalist Thesis” of Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist) from Romania

 

 

 

We received an email from Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist)Romania. How ever we did not have any contact with them, but receiving their email, made us study their stands. This “Communist” party really has had an extra-ordinary “contributions” to Leninism! This was revealed whilst studying their stands (i.e. “Fundamentalist thesis”), and those contributions, which really is ridiculous, is a plain eclecticism, that of a petit-bourgeois superficial trend. Previously, in international communist movement, there were many eclectic stands, imposing petit bourgeois, bourgeois and social-chauvinist stands. Those stands had a common identity, and that was the still early age of communist movement. After Glorious October Great Revolution of 1917, opportunists and revisionists, mainly social chauvinists were theoretically defeated by victory of Leninist contributions and its spreading globally. After world war two, the borders between all lines and stands arguing communism was clearly introduced. There were Trotskyites, Castroites, Tetoists, and other revisionist trends which each argued to be Leninist or a continuation of Marxism-Leninism. But, all of such trends, were in a position of refuting each other, and were claiming to be in command and were arguing to be the new contributions to Leninism. This was to all of them. The thing which is “new” to revisionism of this so called “Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist) Romania, is its raw idealization of unifying differing and even opposing stands and trends, and mixing them to create an  Amalgam, and calling it “Marxism-Leninism”!

Revolutionary Communists all accept that: Chairman Mao-Tse-Tung the great leader of world proletariat and the oppressed people of the world. All communists accept that Maoism is the new and higher stage in Marxism, which develops Marxism-Leninism to Marxism-Leninism-Maoism. To chairman Mao, Trotsky was a traitor, who betrayed communism. True, this is accepted by all communists over the world. Che Guevara, how ever being a revolutionary, was never a firm communist presenting any correct line, and no Marxist-Leninist of yesterday, and no Communist o today accept the argument of great or unique contribution of Che to Marxism-Leninism. Rather, Guevarism was to be exposed as a deviation from Leninism. This is why some of Trotskyites still are interested to banner him. We honor Che Guevara’s relatively positive anti- imperialist struggling, but this does not mean approving his opportunist and anti-Leninist theories. To Mao, Trotsky was a traitor whom betrayed Leninism, and was the enemy of Soviet people. To Trotsky, Mao was the follower of Joseph Stalin, and Stalin was the one whom did not leave any space room for Trotskyite opportunism in Communist party ofSoviet Union. So, Mixing and uniting Mao and Trotsky is only A Farce. No sound brain and no wise man can claim such a rubbish and ridiculous thing! But, “Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist) ofRomaniaDoes! Let us have a critical view to their “fundamental thesis”. We do this step by step till reaching their “Masterpiece” contribution of Mixing Trotskyite opportunism with Marxism-Leninism.

The so called “Fundamentalist Thesis” starts as:

“Communist Party (ml) ofRomaniais an organization Communist nationalist fundamentalists, the “gun” of the poor against the rich, the political and organizational arm of the New Proletarian Revolution”

We “neglect” proofreading the grammar of the above complex sentence! We focus on interpreting that.

There is a Chauvinists organization inAmericawhich calls itself National-Bolshevik. The world still remembers that: the Nazis were “National-Socialists”! Nationalism never joins and accepts communism. A nationalist scenario never serves communism. Communists and communist parties can get benefit of the nationalist movements against imperialism and colonialism, but, this only can be done if those movements are under command of communist parties. But, A communist party never can be a nationalist. Communists and Communist parties never call themselves nationalist. Nationalism is a different scenario and never equates communism, and a communist party, never synchronically is able to be a “nationalist” one. If a communist party is “nationalist”, and argues for nationalism, then it can only be a nationalist party and it will not serve for proletariat. It serves to petit bourgeois intellectuals and it is in service o Nazis.

Second, the so called Romanian “Communist” party calls itself as “Fundamentalist”.

If they mean it as Orthodox Marxists, this is not true. Because, a nationalist one, never is a Marxist, and it will never be an orthodox Marxist too.

A Nationalist party serving for oppressor class never can be the “gun” of the poor. It is simply the “gun” of the Nazis and Elites. This so called “communist” party, calls itself nationalist in order to win the bourgeoisie and the dominant anti popular regime in their brutal commitments.

This party argues to “ drive away the bosses from the communist movement”. We ask them: Please first of all, drive nationalism away from your “fundamental thesis” and your rank-and-file, then, it will be reasonable to claim driving away the bosses. Then it might be possible to argue “driving away the capitalists” fromRomania.  We stress on “might be possible”, because, this so called “communist party” has other important deviations to be rectified in order to pave the way to make it possible to have a successful proletarian movement, leading to revolution. This “Thesis” blames “New Aristocracy” as an obstacle for proletarians. But, the proletarians will blame the writers of the thesis for their eclictic stands, the stands which, combines opportunism of trotskytes with Mao Tse Tungs shining contribution. We will come to this point again later. The “Fundamental thesis” ‘s analysis of the class nature of Romanian dominant class under ceausescu’s rule is correct. It analysis the dominant class as “new bourgeoisie”. But “thesis” does not determine and explore it more than calling it a “new Bourgeoisie” and does not identify it as state-capitalism. Too the “thesis” does not differentiate between pre and post ceausescu’s bourgeoisie except calling “New bourgeioise of the Era of Ceausescu and Post Ceausescu”.

Post Ceausescu is a Market-capitalist one, whilst pre-ceausescu one was a state-capitalist one.

The “thesis” talks on “pluralistic socialism”. Recalling Nationalism of the “thesis”, this “pluralistic” and its essence appears as “Social democracy” rather than socialism. Those whom formulate “pluralistic socialism”, they indeed pave the way for bourgeoisie. The basic question raises from: Pluralism to whom?

Is not this the pluralism of within a bourgeiois agenda and whole bourgeois class? Other wise, proletariat is a unity which can not be pluralized within itself? Can any reason claim that some one may have to put the agenda of  pluralism with him/her self? Then, the class to only is putting the agenda of pluralism with another class. So, the basic idea of the “pluralism” of the “thesis” is: A pluralism with non-proletarian opponents. This is anti Marxist, and this is opportunism that leads to revisionism and betrayal of socialism.

So, “ establishing pluralistic socialism” of the So called “communist party” of Romanian revisionist is a “new” version of trotskytes whom blamed stalin’s rule as non-pluralistic!

True! Stalin never was the man to tolerate Trotsky and trotskyist revisionism. Now, come and see the die hard defenders of “pluralistic socialism” in this “Communist” party!

According to genuine Marxism, Planned Economy under workers rule constitutes the genuine socialist state. In former revisionist “east bloc”, competition among state enterprises existed. So, profit, as an axis ruled over competition. The revisionist “thesis” , here too talks about establishing “competitive planned economy”. This is the repetition of a revisionist management. So, focusing on this basic point, there is no major and basic difference between former revisionist “Planned Economy” of competiting state-owned enterprises, and this of revisionist “Competitive Planned Economy”. If a genuine Planned Economy is established, it will serve for people, and not for profit. So, no room remains for a fierce process of competition between enterprises. If the economy is planned, state-owned and under rule of workers, there is no room for profit to function as an axis. Then a genuine socialist state dismisses the fake “competitioin”. The fake “THESES” OF THESE “COMMUNISTS”, CENTERING AND FOCUSING ON SO CALLED COMPETITIVE PLANNED ECONOMY, ARE REALLY THE GUN OF THE POOR! WE TRULY CALL IT: A GUN AGAINST THE POOR!

 

The “thesis” states a patriotism trending towards a chauvinist stand, while talking about annexation of Bessarabians and other separated countries to form a Great Romania. It claims demand of  struggling “ for  the security of Romanian spirit”, “ for the Great Romania”. These stuff all are a true reflection of These “communists” s Nationalist non-communist stand. Instead of arguing for proletarian spirit, they argue for Romanian spirit! Such is the out come of paralleling and equating Nationalism with Communism.!

Let us read the Last points of the “Thesis”:

 

“Communist Party (ml) ofRomaniawill proclaim the country non-integrated and non-align into the globalization capitalist structures and will promote the solidarity between all popular forces which fight for social and national freedom from all over the world, united under the flag of Permanent Revolution, in the Marxist-Leninist way: Trotsky-Mao-Che Guevara.”

 

 

The above part, clearly proves that: this party has an eclectic stand. This is only a miserable line which forgets the history of the communist movement. It mixes Trotskyism with Marxism-Leninism. It compromises Mao- The great Leader of the proletariat- with Trotsky-The traitor- to world proletariat. How can some one believe such a fake and farce! This “thesis” is really a ridiculous and childish document, worthing nothing but drawing line for no thing! How is it possible to compromise Mao with the enemies of the working class? Chairman Mao Tse Tung had always denounced Trotsky and Trotskyites. Lenin the great had denounced Trotsky’s so called “Permanent Revolution” as early as before first world war! That “theory” is a bankrupt sophistication of petit bourgeois influenced intellectualization of workers class struggle. That is a degenerated “Marxism” at the hand of a vacillating intellectual, which remained a Menshvik to the end. That is a Menshevik distortion of Marxism. How the so called “Communist (ml) party ofRomania” dares to unify Mao with Trotsky? How do Romanian “Communists”  whom bring out “Marxist –Leninist Fundamentalist Thesis” forget the ABC of Marxism-Leninism? They are not Marxists, so they naturally have “forgotten” every thing. They have only stated and formulated the fake which they could imagine, and they have no scientific and historical proof. By formulating the “thesis” they have proven that: they are wandering intellictualoids, whom opportunistically and parasitically are trying to denounce communism. There is no thing common between Mao and Trotsky. Rather, Mao has always opposed and denounced Trotsky for his anti-Marxist and capitulationist stands and theorizations. While Chairman Mao talks about revolution, during Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution, he means the continuation of the revolution under dictatorship of proletariat. He never meant such rubbish issues as Trotsky declared. Mao meant the version of revolution which Karl Marx had demanded. So, there is no compromise Between Trotsky and Mao. Trotsky’s “permanent revolution” is opposite to what Marx really meant using the same phrase. This degenerated theory of Menshvik Trotsky has no thing in common with Mao’s formulation of: continuing the revolution under dictatorship of proletariat, from which he meant the continuation of revolution with Cultural revolutions and waging more people’s wars. The so “Communist (ml) party ofRomania, in their superficial theorizations, have only shown their phrase mongering and have played with worlds and sentences. They make no sense! Trotsky opposed Joseph Stalin and his political contributions. Mao was a student of Stalin (as Mao him self has several times discussed this). Mao was following Stalin. Later on, Mao him self advanced Marxism-Leninism and promoted Stalin’s works, mutating the ideology of proletariat to a higher stage: Marxism-Leninism-Maoism. So, Mao is the completion and development of Stalin. Then, how can Mao be compared and brought together with renegade Trotsky?! Only amalgam and eclecticism of the so called Communist (ml) party ofRomania, is able to create such amalgam and phrasemongerings!

 

This party wants to hide behind some piece of left phraseology, but, it can not hide its revisionist and eclectic essence. It has an incorrect line of compromising right and wrong. It is impossible to coincide Marxism with revisionism. The leading Ideology of international proletariat, which is a scientific ideology of the proletarians, is Marxism-Leninism-Maoism. This ideology opposes Trotskyism and Guevarism. So, those who want to mix the revolutionary ideology of international proletariat with those of the Mensheviks and distorted “Marxists”, are holding a wrong and null-and-void line. They are foolish militants of bourgeoisie, but mistakenly have raised the Red banner! But, they are not to raise the banner, rather, they are to throw it down.

Contrary to their slogan at the end of their “thesis”, they are willing to “War to Huts, Peace to Palace”, AND THEY ARE FALSELY CLAIMING: WAR TO PALACES, PEACE TO HUT! As long as they do not abandon their line of degeneration and eclecticism, as long as they do not abandon Trotskyism, they may not be suitable to be called revolutionaries. They, how can they be considered Communist? As long as they do not seek pardon from international proletariat from their sin of equating Trotsky with Mao, they will not be pardoned by proletariat and the oppressed people of the world. Organization of the Workers of Afghanistan strongly condemns their opportunist Menshevik line of vacillation, and asks them to: Re-study Marxism, and Abandon Revisionism.

If they do not accept our call, if they do not abandon their incorrect line of eclecticism, they will be smashed by anti-revisionist forces of the world.

So, Mao is the completion and development of Stalin. Then, how can Mao be compared and brought together with renegade Trotsky?! Only amalgam and eclecticism of the so called Communist (ml) party ofRomania, is able to create such amalgam and phrasemongerings!

 

This party wants to hide behind some piece of left phraseology, but, it can not hide its revisionist and eclectic essence. It has an incorrect line of compromising right and wrong. It is impossible to coincide Marxism with revisionism. The leading Ideology of international proletariat, which is a scientific ideology of the proletarians, is Marxism-Leninism-Maoism. This ideology opposes Trotskyism and Guevarism. So, those who want to mix the revolutionary ideology of international proletariat with those of the Mensheviks and distorted “Marxists”, are holding a wrong and null-and-void line. They are foolish militants of bourgeoisie, but mistakenly have raised the Red banner! But, they are not to raise the banner, rather, they are to throw it down.

Contrary to their slogan at the end of their “thesis”, they are willing to “War to Huts, Peace to Palace”, AND THEY ARE FALSELY CLAIMING: WAR TO PALACES, PEACE TO HUT! As long as they do not abandon their line of degeneration and eclecticism, as long as they do not abandon Trotskyism, they may not be suitable to be called revolutionaries. They, how can they be considered Communist? As long as they do not seek pardon from international proletariat from their sin of equating Trotsky with Mao, they will not be pardoned by proletariat and the oppressed people of the world. Organization of the Workers of Afghanistan strongly condemns their opportunist Menshevik line of vacillation, and asks them to: Re-study Marxism, and Abandon Revisionism.

The high capacity global capitalism manifests itself in the phenomenon of overproduction. Large numbers of houses, buildings, cars, clothes, produced in vast quantities irrationally, by the necessity of hoarding fought sales in market shares, we are left with a deflationary crisis, where prices are falling and capital are both immobilized as you can not output a commodity, its consumption level has fallen to the reduction of solvent demand.

نوشته زير متن سخنرانی رفيق گونزالو صدر حزب كمونيست پرو در نشست ماه اوت 1991  است كه جزئی از كارزار اصلاح حزب محسوب ميشود. «جهانی برای فتح»

 

الف . چگونه بايد مطالعه كرد.

به آناليز و سنتز توجه كنید.

به آناليز و سنتز توجه كنید. آنها دو وجه یك تضاد را ميسازند و در اين ميان، سنتز وجه عمده است. آناليز بما اجازه ميدهد امور را به عناصر متشكله آنها تقسيم كنيم تا آنها را بهتر بفهميم. اما اين فقط یك جنبه است و پروسه شناخت هيچگاه نميتواند فقط به آناليز محدود شود. اين پروسه نيازمند جنبه ديگر، يعنی سنتز است. سنتز است كه بما اجازه ميدهد جوهر شناخت را درك كنيم. بدون سنتز، هيچ جهشی در كار نيست. سنتز عمده است. اين وجه تضاد است كه به حل تضاد می انجامد و بما اجازه ميدهد قانونمندی عينی آن را درك كنیم.

اين یك مسئله ايدئولوژی است. جزء و بخشی از بكاربست ماترياليسم دیالكتیكی يعنی تئوری ماركسيستی شناخت است. برعكس، تئوری ايده آليستی بورژوائی آناليز را از سنتز جدا ميكند. بر مبنای ايدئولوژی پرولتاريا يعنی ماركسیسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم، اينها دو وجه یك كل واحدند و سنتز وجه عمده است زيرا به مرحله بالاتری از شناخت، به یك تغيير يفي،  به یك جهش  پا ميدهد.

برای اين امر دو مثال كلاسیك وجود دارد. اولين مثال ساعت است. برای فهم نحوه كار ساعت بايد قطعات آن را از هم جدا كنید.  اینكار به شما اجازه ميدهد اجزاء متشكله ساعت و عملكردشان را بفهميد. ولی اگر شما نتوانيد آنها را دوباره سر هم كنید برايتان فقط مشتی قطعه باقی خواهد ماند. حتی اگر آنها را بر مبنای تشابه و كاركردشان دسته بندی رده باشيد برايتان ساعت نخواهد شد.

مثال ديگر تامل علوم طبيعی از قرن پانزدهم به بعد است. اين امر بطور تاريخی نشان ميدهد كه فقدان سنتز به جا می انجامد. تامل عظيم علومی نظير رياضيات، نجوم، فيزی و غيره به فهم فزاينده جوانب گوناگون طبيعت انجاميد. اما اين پروسه، قطعه قطعه كردن و تجزيه علم،  يعنی تقسيم آن به حيطه های مختلف را هم با خود داشت و به تئوريهای متافيزيكی انجاميد. حتی قرن هجدهم با پيشرفتهای عظيم علمی و ماترياليستی خود، شناخت متافيزيكی توليد كرد. با اين وجود، پروسه قطعه قطعه كردن و تقسيم شناخت به حيطه های مختلف شالوده جهشی را فراهم كرد.  اين امر نخست زيربنای دیالكتیكی ايده اليستی هگل و سپس دیالكتیكی ماترياليستی ماركس را ريخت. كلیه اين تجزيه ها بمعنای اين بود كه بايد سنتز و جمع بستی بزرگ انجام گيرد. و همين امر خا مساعد برای توين و پرورش ماترياليسم دیالكتیكی توسط ماركس و انگلس، بويژه ماركس را مهيا نمود. دستيابی به اين قله تاريخی يعنی جهانبينی پرولتاريا، فلسفه ماركسيستي، ماترياليسم دیالكتیكی، نتيجه یك پروسه قدرتمند سنتز بود. همين امر در مورد  تشخيص تضاد بعنوان جوهر بينش پرولتاريا هم صدق ميكند.  اين دستاورد، جهشی است كه از اهميت جاودانه تاريخی برخوردار می باشد.

هر دو اين مثالها نشانگر نياز به سنتز، به جهش است. بنابراين به آناليز و سنتز و بويژه سنتز توجه خاص معطوف داريد.

در جريان سخنرانی های مربوط به اين بحث در موارد گوناگون مشكلی بروز رده است.  مجرد در نظر گرفتن  امور باعث چسبيدن بيش از اندازه به «نقل قولها» می شود. و افراد در بحثها از «نقل قولهای سند»  يا «خواندن نقل قولهای ماركس» يا «در نقل قولهای انقلاب فرهنگی كبیر پرولتاريائي» حرف ميزنند. افراد بجای بكاربست نقل قولها در مسائل جاری به رديف كردن نقل قولهای مجرد در می غلتند. بنابراين ناتوانی در درك مسئله سنتز به مشكلی ديگر می انجامد يعنی ناتوانی در درك ايدئولوژی پرولتاريا بعنوان یك بدنه واحد، بعنوان ماركسیسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم.  اين مشكل حتی در نحوه ابراز عقيده برخی افراد بروز ميكند. در يی از سخنرانيها فقط دو بار از «ماركسیسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم، بويژه مائوئيسم» صحبت شد. حال آنكه سند از آغاز تا پايان بارها به ماركسیسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم رجوع ميكند. سخنرانی ديگر از «تنها علم نوع بشر» صحبت ميكرد كه حقيقتی است اما اين علم اسم دارد:  ماركسیسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم، بويژه مائوئيسم كه بكاربست خلاقانه آن در اينجا، در اين كشور، انديشه گونزالو است.

ما بايد از درك صرف واقعيات فراتر رويم. وقتی مشكلی پيش می آيد بايد بدنبال علت آن بگرديم. اين يك مسئله ايدئولوژيك است. هنگاميه تضاد پرولتاريا و بورژوازی در حيطه ايدئولوژيك بروز می يابد، (در برابر تحول ـ مترجم) مقاومت وجود دارد. اين مقاومت، خود را بشكل تسلط ايدئولوژی بورژوائی بر ايدئولوژی پرولتری در یك لحظه معين بروز ميدهد. اين پديده جزء و بخشی از مبارزه دو ايدئولوژيست. اين مبارزه بيشتر با افراد جديدی براه می افتد كه هنوز كاملا تعليم نيافته اند. بنابراين برای ساختن ايدئولوژی پرولتری بايد ايدئولوژی بورژوائی را نابود كرد. هيچ ساختنی بدون تخريب ممكن نيست. سنن، ايده های كهنه و انحرافات ايدئولوژيك لاشه سنگينی است. اينها بشكل مسالمت آميز از ميان نميروند. بنابراين تحول فرد مستلزم تلاش بسيار است. بشر موجودی اهل عمل است، نه اسير تخيلات. بويژه وقتيكه ميخواهد واقعيات را در خدمت به پرولتاريا و خلق دگرگون كند. به همين دليل است كه انسانها ميتوانند بر ايدئولوژی كهنه ای كه عمرش بسر آمده پيروز شوند و از ايدئولوژی پرولتاريا پيروی كنند. فقط اين ايدئولوژيست كه ميتواند آنها را به فهم و تغيير جهان بر مبنای منافع طبقه و خلقهای ستمديده، قادر سازد.

نكته اينجاست كه در مطالعه (يك سند، یك پديده ـ مترجم) بين آناليز و سنتز تضادی وجود دارد. همين تضاد است كه باعث جهشی در  شناخت ميشود. اگر به اين تضاد درست برخورد نشود به بروز مشكلاتی در برخورد همه جانبه به ايدئولوژی پرولتری می انجامد. در اين حيطه، اينست سرمنشاء ناتوانی در اتخاذ موضع ماركسيسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم، عمدتا مائوئيسم بعنوان حقيقت جهانشمول و بينشی كه كمونيستهای جهان را متحد ميكند و انديشه گونزالو بعنوان اصل خاص كمونيستهای اين كشور، مشخصا انقلاب پرو. موضعی كه جهت تحليل از اوضاع بين المللي، اوضاع سياسی كشور، حزب و سه سلاح معجزه آسا، يا كار توده ای و غيره در پی استفاده از نقل قولهای مجرد است بر ناتوانی از فهم ماركسيسم بعنوان يك كل واحد مبتنی است. موضع ما اينست كه ماركسيسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم، عمدتا مائوئيسم راهنما و مركز است؛ محوريست كه همه چيز حول آن ميچرخد؛ اينست كه بما اجازه فهم پديده ها، استنتاج قوانين حاكم بر آنها و بنابراين دگرگون كردن طبيعت، جامعه و ايده ها را ميدهد.

نتيجه ای كه بايد گرفت اينست كه باقی ماندن در سطح آناليز به متافيزيك می انجامد. سنتز است كه به ديالكتيك ماترياليستی راه می گشايد؛ ما را در مطالعه سند به ماركسيسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم ميرساند. از ميان اين سه، يكی عمده است: مائوئيسم. مضاف بر اين، مائوئيسم ما را به انديشه گونزالو رهنمون ميشود كه بكاربست خاص حقيقت جهانشمول در واقعيت مشخص جامعه پرو و شرايط مشخص مبارزه طبقاتی امروز است. سنتز بما اجازه فهم سند و صفت مميزه ماركسيستی آن را ميدهد؛ فهم اينكه چرا امروز حزب در ارزيابی از ماركسيسم بر اساس نظريه ماركسيستی ـ لنينيستی ـ مائوئيستي، انديشه گونزالوئی اعلام ميدارد كه مائوئيسم مرحله جديد، سومين و عاليترين مرحله است.

همگی ما، كمونيستها، رزمندگان و توده ها، بايد خود را بر مبنای ايدئولوژی پرولتاريا يعنی ماركسيسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم، انديشه گونزالو تربيت كنيم.

 

ب ـ انقلاب فرهنگی كبير پرولتاريائي. جشن بيست و پنجمين سالگرد اين انقلاب.

انقلاب فرهنگی كبير پرولتاريائی عظيمترين دستاورد صدر مائو بود. اين انقلاب معرف خدمتی عظيم به انقلاب جهانی پرولتريست. اين انقلاب يكی از مسائل ناروشن مربوط به سوسياليسم را حل كرد: ادامه انقلاب تحت ديكتاتوری پرولتاريا در مارش توقف ناپذيرش بسوی كمونيسم. به اين سئوال پاسخی قطعی داده شد و امروز ما كمونيستها چنين پاسخ ميدهيم: بايد انقلاب را تحت شرايط جامعه سوسياليستی بوسيله انقلابات فرهنگی پرولتاريائی ادامه دهيم. بطور كلی می بينيم كه كنه مسئله، تغيير روح مردم يعنی متحول كردن ايدئولوژی آنهاست تا ماركسيسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم، عمدتا مائوئيسم در وجودشان شخصيت يابد. فقط بدين طريق ميتوانيم از احيای سرمايه داری جلوگيری كرده و بسوی كمونيسم پيشروی كنيم.

در مائوئيسم، انقلاب فرهنگی كبير پرولتاريائی موضوعی اساسی است. اگر ما مائوئيسم را بعنوان مرحله جديد، سومين و عاليترين مرحله بطور همه جانبه درك نكنيم هيچ چيز را نفهميده ايم. بهمين سادگي. زيرا همانگونه كه خيلی خوب ميدانيم، امروز ماركسيست بودن بمعنای ماركسيست ـ لنينيست ـ مائوئيست، عمدتا مائوئيست بودن است. سرمنشاء تئوری انقلاب فرهنگي، شخص ماركس است. او بود كه خاطر نشان كرد گذار از سرمايه داری به كمونيسم مستلزم انقلاب مداوم در سراسر دوران ديكتاتوری پرولتری است. آنچه ماركس از اين انقلاب حتمی و ضروری در نظر داشت يكرشته جهشهای بزرگ پی در پی بود. نظريه انقلاب فرهنگی به لنين هم برمی گردد. او چنين چيزی را پيش بينی و تشويق كرد. اما اين صدر مائو بود كه مسئله لاينحل بزرگ يعنی چگونگی ادامه انقلاب و بعمل درآوردن انقلاب فرهنگی پاسخ داد. او بود كه عظيمترين واقعه سياسی كه نوع بشر بچشم ديده را رهبری كرد و تكامل بخشيد.

عليرغم مبارزات سترگ بسياری ه بوقوع پيوسته بود، اين مسئله تا سال 1966 لاينحل مانده بود. تا اينكه پرولتاريا و خلق چين تحت رهبری شخص مائو صدر حزب پرافتخار كمونيست چين، راه چاره را يافتند. اين واقعه ای تكان دهنده بسان يك زلزله بود.

از آنجا كه اعلام گوشخراش باصطلاح «شكست سوسياليسم»، مسئله چگونگی تكوين سوسياليسم و نحوه دفاع از ديكتاتوری پرولتاريا را پيش كشيده، امروز اين مسئله برای ما از اهميت حياتی بيشتری برخوردار شده است. آنچه شكست خورده رويزيونيسم بوده، نه سوسياليسم. رويزيونيسم  برسراشيب احيای سرمايه داری به پيش رفت، در منجلاب غوطه ور و سرانجام غرق شد. در شوروی از زمان خروشچف تا گورباچف بدنام و در چين از سال 1976 كه دن سيائو پين بقدرت رسيد تا امروز، رويزيونيستها ديكتاتوری پرولتاريا را غصب كرده، سرمايه داری را احياء و سوسياليسم را نابود كردند. منظور از رويزيونيسم رهبری سياسی احيای سرمايه داري، وجه منفی پروسه احياء گری و ضداحياء گری است كه طبقه تا زمان كسب هميشگی قدرت بايد طی كند.

انقلاب فرهنگی كبير پرولتاريائی معرف دلگرم كننده ترين و عاليترين قله در پروسه جهانی مبارزه انقلاب و ضدانقلاب، احياء گری و ضد احياء گری در مسير تكاملی سوسياليسم است. اين واقعيت كه انقلاب فرهنگی فقط تا سال 1976 كه كودتای ضد انقلابی و رويزيونيستی دن سيائو پين سرمايه داری را احياء كرد، دوام يافت، بهيچوجه ضرورت چنين انقلابی را نفی نميكند. در واقع احيای سرمايه داری مهر تاييدی بر اين گفته صدر مائو بود كه در جريان مبارزه بين سرمايه داری و سوسياليسم، در مبارزه مرگ و زندگی ميان احياء گری و ضد احياء گری اين سئوال كه چه كسی پيروز بدر خواهد آمد هنوز مسجل نشده است و مبارزه طبقاتی تا پيروزی نهائي، تا كمونيسم ادامه خواهد يافت.

طی سالهای  1966 تا  1976 انقلاب فرهنگی يك واقعيت عملی و مشخص بود. اين غير قابل انكار است. همه جهانيان شاهد ماجرا بوده اند. بنابراين امروز انقلاب فرهنگی پرولتاريائی يك مسئله تثبيت شده است. ماركس در سال 1848 گفت كه قدرت سياسی را بايد بوسيله قهر كسب كرد. هرچند وی آنقدر زنده نماند كه تحقق اين بحث را ببيند يا خودش آن را به اجراء گذارد، اما راه حل را بما نشان داد: پرولتاريا بايد قدرت سياسی را بوسيله قهر انقلابی كسب كند و ديكتاتوری پرولتاريا را اعمال دارد. بهمين نحو مائو هم جهت ادامه انقلاب سوسياليستی تحت ديكتاتوری پرولتاريا راه حل ارائه داد و بعلاوه، خود آن را در عمل پياده كرد. و ما با داشتن چنين تجربه ای است كه ميدانيم چكار بايد بكنيم.

بی آنكه بخواهيم اهميت كمون پاريس در سال 1871 بعنوان نخستين قله در پروسه كسب قدرت سياسی توسط پرولتاريا را كمرنگ نمائيم بايد يادآوری كنيم ماركس بعلت فقدان حزب كمونيستی كه كمون را رهبری كند، پيشاپيش آن را محكوم به شكست می ديد. با اين وجود، ماركس گفت نبايد اجازه دهيم روحيه پرولتاريا تحليل رود، مهم نيست كه چه تعداد از رهبران بخاك می افتند. او از كمون دفاع و پشتيبانی كرد. كمون پاريس را عليرغم اهميتش بعنوان اولين قله نميتوان با پيشبرد انقلاب فرهنگی مقايسه كرد. انقلاب فرهنگی قله ای كيفيتا رفيعتر است. بعلاوه حيات كمون فقط دو ماه بود حال آنكه انقلاب فرهنگی بيش از دهسال دوام يافت و تحت رهبری صدر مائو و حزب كمونيست چين صدها ميليون نفر را بحركت درآورد. بين اين دو قله، انقلاب اكتبر برهبری لنين خالق نخستين ديكتاتوری پرولتاريا و كشور سوسياليستي، و انقلاب دمكراتيك چين برهبری صدر مائو كه بسال 94 19پيروز شد، قرار دارد. از اين چهار قله عظيم و شكوهمند در مسير كسب قدرت سياسی و ساختمان سوسياليسم، در مسير برقراری ديكتاتوری پرولتاريا و دفاع از آن، تحت رهبری طبقاتی پرولتاريای بين المللي، انقلاب فرهنگی كبير پرولتاريائی رفيعترين و متكامل ترين قله تا به امروز است.

خط سياسی عمومی حزب ما، حزب كمونيست پرو، اعلام ميدارد كه انقلاب پرو در پيشروی بسوی كمونيسم بايد از سه انقلاب بگذرد: انقلاب دمكراتيك، انقلاب سوسياليستی و انقلاب فرهنگي؛ آنهم نه فقط يكی بلكه چندين. و همه اينها از همان آغاز اجزاء راهپيمائی واحد و بی وقفه بسوی كمونيسمند. ما بايد اين نكته را بطور همه جانبه درك كنيم، دقيقا بدين خاطر كه امروز، 52 سال بعد از انقلاب فرهنگی ميتوانيم همين تصوير را در آينده خود ببينيم و مهمتر اينكه، در جريان انقلاب فرهنگی بود كه مائوئيسم جهان را فروزان ساخت و به مرحله جديد، سومين و عاليترين مرحله ماركسيسم يعنی ماركسيسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم بدل شد. بيائيد تا بيست و پنجمين سالگرد انقلاب فرهنگی كبير پرولتاريائی را جشن بگيريم!سند انتخابات نه! جنگ خلق آري!  اصول تدوين شده توسط صدر مائو برای اين انقلاب شكوهمند را مورد مطالعه دقيق قرار ميدهد و بدين ترتيب موضوعات مركزی جهت برگزاری جشن بيست و پنجمين سالگرد انقلاب فرهنگی كبير پرولتاريائی را بما ارائه ميكند.

عقايدی كه در اين سند ابراز شده به انقلاب فرهنگی و كنه آن يعنی دگرگون كردن روح مردم اشاره دارد ولی ما بايد آن را بر حسب بحثی كه اينجا ارائه شده بفهميم. بايد به مطالعه بقصد بكار بستن و ترسيم نتيجه گيريهای عملی در ارتباط با مسائل سياسی عادت كنيم. از همينجا به موضوع سوم ميرسيم.

 

ج ـ اوضاع سياسي

عمل سياسی پرولتاريا اينست كه اسناد، خط سياسی و رهنمودهای حزب را بگيرد و در اوضاع سياسی جاری پياده كند. ما مطالعه را با ديد بكاربستن، با ديد حل مسائل حاد انجام ميدهيم. وگرنه بورطه كتاب پرستی و تكرار طوطی وار در می غلتيم كه يك شيوه بورژوائي، ايده اليستی و متافيزيكی است.

بنابراين ما بايد مبارزه طبقاتی جاری را در پرتو چهار بخش اين سند مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار دهيم. بايد از تمامی زوايا ايده هائی كه اينك ارائه ميشود و مسائلی كه كميته مركزی بايد حل كند را از نظر بگذرانيم.

سند در بخش اول كه عنوان «انتخاباتی بسيار مهم برای مرتجعين» بر خود دارد به چه می پردازد؟ چارچوب بين المللی و ملی را طرح ميكند. در ارتباط با مبارزه طبقاتی بين المللی موضع ما اينست كه امروز شاهد يك تعرض عمومی ضد انقلابی هستيم. موضع حزب در سال 1985 يعنی زمانيكه گورباچف پرسترويكا را ارائه كرد چنين بود «يك تعرض ضد انقلابی جديد عمدتا بسركردگی گورباچف و دن سيائو پين» در جريانست. بعدا در سال 1990، در سندی كه اينك مشغول بررسی آن هستيم، به «تعرضی عليه ماركسيسم» اشاره كرديم كه «تشديد يافته و با تعرضی كه امپرياليستها با جار و جنجال حول باصطلاح «منسوخ شدن ماركسيسم» براه انداخته اند در هم آميخته است. بنابراين در جريان هجوم شوم به ماركسيسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم بين آنها هم رقابت وجود دارد هم تباني؛ كه در اين مورد تبانی عمده است.» خلاصه آنكه، امپرياليسم و رويزيونيسم در جريان رقابت و تبانی خود دست به يك تعرض متحدانه زدند. وقايع بعد از آن دوره، صحت اين تحليل را مورد تاييد قرار داده و ميدهد. آيا نبايد چنين نتيجه گيری كنيم كه شاهد يك تعرض عمومی ضدانقلابی هستيم؟ چرا چنين حرفی ميزنيم؟ زيرا همه به انقلاب، به انقلاب دمكراتيك و سوسياليستی حمله ميكنند؛ به قهر انقلابي، به جنگ خلق، به حزب كمونيست، به سوسياليسم و ديكتاتوری پرولتاريا، و به هدف كمونيسم حمله ميكنند. آنها ادعا ميكنند كه بر مبنای واقعيات سوسياليسم ديگر معتبر و موجود نبوده و شكست خورده است. اما بايد بيادشان بياوريم كه در دهه 1950 اردوگاه سوسياليستی وجود داشت و پيروزی انقلاب چين چرخشی در تناسب قوای جهان ايجاد كرده بود. بيادشان بياوريم كه هيچ نظامی هرگز نتوانسته تحولاتی سريع و عميق نظير آنچه در شوروی و چين بوقوع پيوست را در زيربنای پوسيده سرمايه دارانه و فئودالی به انجام رساند. سوسياليسم در شوروی لنين و استالين شكوفا شد تا آنكه خروشچف رويزيونيست قدرت سياسی را غصب كرد. اوضاع چين هم مشابه اين بود. در آنجا سوسياليسم تا سال 1976 دوام يافت تا آنكه دن سيائو پين كودتائی ضدانقلابی را متعاقب مرگ صدر مائو براه انداخت. اگر سال 1848 كه اصول سوسياليسم فقط توسط دو نفر يعنی ماركس و انگلس در اثر جاودانه مانيفست كمونيست پی ريزی شد را مبداء قرار دهيم يا اگر از سال 1917  كه  سوسياليسم برای نخستين بار در عمل متحقق شد شروع كنيم می بينيم كه سوسياليسم هنوز جوان بوده و چيزی از عمرش نگذشته است. امروز سوسياليسم بعنوان يك تجربه به حيات خويش ادامه ميدهد و در وجود كمونيستها و انقلابيون جهان زنده است. سوسياليسم بمنزله يك ايدئولوژي، بعنوان مجموعه ای از سياستها، بمنزله يك تئوری و يك پراتيك وجود دارد و در وجود ما كمونيستها و انقلابيون پرو نيز زنده است.

بنابراين ما از يك تعرض عمومی ضدانقلابی صحبت ميكنيم كه در پی خنثی كردن انقلاب بمنزله گرايش عمده تاريخی و سياسی جهان امروز است. چه كسانی به انقلاب حمله ميكنند؟ هم امپرياليستها، هم رويزيونيستها. اما در اين ميان، امپرياليسم يانكی عمده است. آنها پيشاپيش اين تعرض قرار گرفته اند تا بتوانند خود را بعنوان تنها ابرقدرت سركرده در جريان رقابتشان با ابرقدرت ديگر يعنی روسيه و ساير قدرتهای امپرياليستی تثبيت كنند. اين تعرض عمدتا توسط امپرياليسم يانكی كه عمده نيروی طالب سركردگی است در حال گسترش است. به دو دليل اين يك تعرض عمومی است: زيرا توسط امپرياليستها، رويزيونيستها و مرتجعين جهان در همه جا به پيش برده ميشود. و علاوه بر اين، در تمامی حيطه ها از ايدئولوژيك گرفته تا سياسی و اقتصادی جريان دارد؛ هر چند كه امور سياسی نقطه تمركز آنست.

ما بايد نظير هر مسئله ديگر، بطور جدی به اين تعرض بپردازيم و آن را خوب درك كنيم. نكته اينجاست كه بايد واقعيات را با هدف تعيين قوانين حاكم بر آن فهميد و از اين قوانين برای دگرگون كردن واقعيت در جهت منافع پرولتاريا و خلقهای جهان استفاده نمود.

همينجا بايد يادآوری كنيم كه اين تعرض نهائی نيست. اين فرق مهمی است. اين يك تعرض عمومی ضدانقلابيست. بطور عام ميتوان گفت كه منظور از تعرض نهائي، آخرين بخش از تعرض يك انقلابست. انقلاب در مفهوم سياسی و نظامی از سه مرحله عبور ميكند و روشن است كه سياست امور نظامی را رهبری كرده و در اين ميان عمده است. اين مراحل، دفاع استراتژيك، تعادل استراتژيك و تعرض استراتژيك هستند. موضع ما اينست كه شاهد تعرض استراتژيك انقلاب جهانی هستيم. بحثمان اين نيست كه امروز تعرض نهائی جريان دارد. بعلاوه بنظر ما تعرض استراتژيك انقلاب جهانی يك پروسه طولانيست، نه كوتاه مدت. اين پروسه طولاني، پر پيچ و خم و حتی حاوی عقبگردهاست. ولی بحث ما در اينجا نه از انقلاب، كه از ضدانقلاب است؛ از يك تعرض عمومی ضدانقلابی با هدف خنثی كردن توسعه انقلاب جهانی پرولتري.

نكته ديگری كه بايد خاطر نشان شود اينست كه اينان عليرغم همه گزافه گوئی ها، يورشهای اقتصادي، لجن پراكنی های بيسابقه و حملات وحشيانه شان، محكوم به شكستند. از آنجا كه ميدانيم انقلاب ممكنست با احياء گری مواجه شود و حتی واژگون گردد، ديگر نبايد از مواجهه با يك تعرض عمومی ضدانقلابی شگفت زده شويم. برعكس، بايد آن را تحليل كنيم تا بدين ترتيب با آن دست و پنجه نرم كرده و شكستش دهيم. حملات به ماركسيسم هميشه تكامل و پيشرفت بعدی آن را بهمراه داشته است. بگذاريد حرفی كه در سال 1979  گفتيم را يادآوری كنيم: 51 ميليارد سال ماده در حال حركت يعنی بخشی كه ما از اين پروسه می شناسيم، به مارش سد ناشدنی بسوی كمونيسم پا ميدهد. اين واقعيت است. پس بگذاريد اين قانون را درك كنيم و بكار بنديم. هدف ما يعنی كمونيسم برخی ايده های بی ارتباط با اين پروسه مادی نيست. اين هدف جزئی از آن پروسه است. كمونيسم از اين پروسه سربلند ميكند و آينده آن را تشكيل ميدهد. كمونيسم جزء و بخشی از شكوفائی اين پروسه مادی بوده و تبارزی از حركت سد ناشدنی ماده است. آينده هيچ طبقه ديگری مانند پرولتاريا نيست. زمانی بورژوازی يك طبقه انقلابی بود اما عمرش از لحاظ تاريخی بسر رسيد. اين طبقه همانند جانوری وحشی كه در گوشه ای گير افتاده باشد وحشيانه لگد می پراند زيرا ميخواهد نابودی ناگزيرش را با قربانيان بسيار همراه سازد. بورژوازی ميداند كه عمرش بسر رسيده و مرده متحركی بيش نيست اما حتی در لب گور هم مقاومت ميكند تا بدست پرولتاريا دفن نشود. بايد امپرياليسم، اين هيولای آخرين كه فرزند ناقص الخلقه بورژوازی و ستم كننده بر خلقهای جهانست را بهمراه رويزيونيسم و ارتجاع جهانی از چهره گيتی پاك كرد. دفن امپرياليسم بعهده ما يعنی پرولتاريا و خلق گذاشته شده است. اين وظيفه از نقطه نظر تاريخی ضروری است و بر دوش ما قرار دارد. بايد اعتقاد مطلق داشته باشيم كه ما بورژوازی را در هم كوبيده و امپرياليسم را بهمراه همه شركاء و نوكرانش دفن خواهيم كرد.

در بخش اول سند كه به اوضاع سياسی پرو مربوط ميشود مسئله «مشروعيت بخشيدن» مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. بعد از كنگره ما در نشستهای متعدد اين مقوله را كه توسط امپرياليسم يانكی در چارچوب تز «جنگ با شدت كم» ارائه شده، مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار داده ايم. اين برای ما مسئله مهمی است و بايد سئوال كنيم چه چيزی بكف آورده اند. پاسخ اينست كه هيچ چيز. فوجيموری از طريق انتخابات به يك مشروعيت كمرنگ هم دست نيافت. نه فقط به خاطر خصلت ارتجاعی و مضحك انتخابات در پرو، بلكه بدين خاطر كه رای هم نياورد. برعكس، از آنجا كه 27 درصد مردم غايب بودند و اين رقم بيش از 24،6 درصدی بود كه در دور اول به او رای دادند و بسيار از كمتر از 50 درصد باضافه يكی است كه در قانون اساسی مقرر شده، اين انتخابات مشروعيت فوجيموری را زير سئوال برد. او در دور دوم، حتی با كمك حزب آپرا، چپ متحد و چپ سوسياليست فقط توانست از مرز 50 درصد بالاتر رود. عملكرد فوجيموری به «مشروعيت» وی لطمه بيشتری زده است. همه كارهای او عليه خلق است و اين طبيعی است زيرا فوجيموری يكی از نمايندگان بورژوازی بزرگ، عمدتا كمپرادورها، و زمينداران بعنوان يك كل است. او چاپلوس ترين رئيس جمهور طرفدار يانكيها و هارترين دشمن جنگ خلق است كه تا بحال پرو بخود ديده است. به يك كلام، او يك جلاد و خائن ملی است.

او مشروعيتی ندارد و با سرعتی خيره كننده بطور كامل افشاء شده است. خلق احساس ميكند كه هيچ حقانيت و دليل برای اينهمه تبهكاری و ستم وجود ندارد. جنگ خلق اين درك را تقويت ميكند. نقض سيستماتيك حقوق انسانی خلق و سياستهای كشتارگرانه فوجيموري، بمعنای تعقيب مسير بلونده و گارسيا است. اين واقعيات را نميتوان پوشاند زيرا خلق مستقيما آنها را تجربه كرده است. پيدا شدن مجدد گورهای جمعي؛ كشتار پسران و دختران خلق؛ كشتار جبونانه رزمندگان و خانواده هايشان كه مطلقا مسكوت گذاشته شده؛ سياست اسير نگرفتن (و در واقع كشتن) در جريان جنگ كنوني، اموری است كه نميتوان از چشم خلق پنهان داشت زيرا خلق است كه آن را متحمل ميشود. جنايات سبعانه ای عليه خانواده ها و توده هائی كه غير مسلح و تنها با پرچم و شعار در پنجمين سالگرد روز قهرمانی در ميادين و زاغه های ليما راهپيمائی ميكردند، صورت گرفت. چگونه ميتوانند كشتار سن گابريل را پنهان كنند؟ آيا ميتوانند تبريك گفتن فوجيموری به عاملان اين جنايت را منكر شوند؟ هنگاميكه يك دانشجو و دو جوان تهيدست بخاطر حمل كوله پشتی بقتل رسيدند اعتراضاتی صورت گرفت. آيا ميتوان آنها را ناديده گرفت؟ آيا بار ديگر قاتلين پناه خواهند يافت؟ چگونه كشتار عليه جوامع قبيله اي، استفاده جنايتكارانه ارتش از دهقانان بعنوان گوشت دم توپ، باز گذاشتن دست نيروی شبه نظامی روندرو در انجام انواع جنايات ميتواند برای حكومت فوجيموری مشروعيت ببار آورد؟ آيا كاهش وحشيانه دستمزدها، ناديده گرفتن كامل امر تحصيل و بهداشت خلق توسط «حكومت وبائي»، نفی سيستماتيك حقوق خلق و دستاوردهائی كه توسط پرولتاريا و خلق حاصل شده، سركوب مداوم و فزاينده عليه توده ها، رواج به گرو كشيدن اراضی و رباخواری و تمركز مالكيت ارضی كه در حال حاضر از طريق خلع مالكيت از دهقانان فقير صورت ميگيرد، قحطی زدگی ميليونها مردمی كه گرفتار فقر بی حد و حصرند، ركود عميق اقتصادی كه درآمد توده های پرو را بسطحی تنزل داده كه در چند دهه گذشته بيسابقه بوده است، تخريب منابع ملی و چوب حراج زدن و فروش كل كشور به امپرياليسم و غيره و غيره، حكومت فوجيموری را مشروعيت می بخشد؟ درست برعكس، اين حكومت طی كمتر از يكسال كاملا افشاء شده است.

خلاصه كنيم. در مطالعه بخش اول اين سند بايد نكات زير را مد نظر قرار دهيم: 1 ـ تعرض عمومی و شوم ضدانقلابي. 2 ـ مشروعيت زدائی فزاينده حكومت فوجيموری و دولت پوسيده پرو.

در بخش دوم كه عنوان «تضاد سياسی تعميق می يابد و تضادها اوج ميگيرد» بايد پروسه سرمايه داری بوروكراتيك را كانون توجه قرار دهيم. نظريه حزب ما در مورد سرمايه داری بوروكراتيك چنين است: اين شيوه و شكلی است كه سرمايه داری در كشورهای عقب مانده نيمه فئودالی و نيمه مستعمره نظير كشور ما بخود ميگيرد. اين پروسه به تكامل تاريخی كشور مرتبط است. در قرن هجدهم، سرمايه داری پرو تنها بطريقی كاملا جنينی تكامل يافت. اين پروسه در ميانه قرن نوزدهم شتاب گرفت يعنی زمانيكه كشور به انقياد امپرياليسم بريتانيا درآمد و نتايج جنگ با شيلی را متحمل شد.

بعد از سال 1895 سرمايه داری بوروكراتيك سه دوره را از سر گذراند: 1 ـ از سال 1895 تا 1945 كه 1920 نقطه تمركز آن بود. اين دوره توسعه سرمايه داری بوروكراتيك است. 2 ـ از سال 1945 تا 1980 كه دهه های 1960 و 1970 نقطه تمركز آن بود (يعنی متعاقب كودتای فاشيستي، كورپوراتيويستی توسط ولاسكو.) اين دوره ريشه دواندن سرمايه داری بوروكراتيك است. نظر حزب اين است كه كودتای فاشيستی سه هدف را دنبال ميكرد: اولا، ريشه دواندن سرمايه داری بوروكراتيك. ثانيا، بازسازی جامعه پرو. ثالثا، جلوگيری از وقوع انقلاب در كشور. واضح است كه آنها در هيچيك از اين سه مورد به موفقيت كامل دست نيافتند. با اين وجود تا حد معينی شالوده ريزی كردند. خيره كننده ترين گواه شكست آنها، آغاز جنگ خلق در سال 1980 بود. بدين ترتيب سومين دوره يعنی دوره نابودی سرمايه داری بوروكراتيك آغاز شد كه تا امروز دارد.

سرمايه داری بوروكراتيك از بدو تولد شديدا بيمار بود. امروز اين سرمايه داری پا به بحرانی عمومی نهاده و به مرگ خويش نزديك ميشود. اما اگر كسی تكامل سرمايه داری بوروكراتيك را مورد بررسی دقيق قرار دهد ميتواند ببيند كه در دوره های گوناگون، زير ـ دوره هائی وجود دارد. مثلا، در دوره نخست يك مقدمه، يك مرحله تداراتی وجود داشت. سپس در دهه   1920 مرحله ديگری بود كه طی آن شالوده توسعه سرمايه داری بوروكراتيك ريخته شد، اما بدنبالش فروپاشی آن فرارسيد. زمانيه سطح توسعه مورد نظر بدست نيامد، شور وارد بحران و سراشيب بزرگتری شد. شواهد تاريخی گواه اين مدعاست. در دوره دوم  يعنی دوره ريشه يابی سرمايه بوروراتي، بار ديگر شاهد ی مرحله تداراتی يا پيش درآمد هستيم؛ مرحله ای ه شامل زمينه چينی برای دور نوينی از توسعه بود و بالاخره بحرانی ديگر بروز رد ه به ی فروپاشی جديتر منتهی شد.

در دوره سوم يعنی دوره نابودی سرمايه بوروكراتيك كه از سال 1980 آغاز شده باز هم شاهد يك مقدمه بوديم.  يعنی يك مرحله طولانی پر پيچ و خم جهت آماده ردن شرايط كه تا دهه  1990 بسط می يابد. امروز آنها شالوده پيشبرد سياستهای نئوليبرال را می ريزند و درباره چگونگی پيشبرد يك «انقلاب» حرافی می كنند اما درست همانگونه كه در دوره پيشين سرمايه داری بوراكراتيك ديديم، مرحله شالوده ريزی طی دوره سوم نيز بناگزير به بحران ديگری خواهد انجاميد. بحرانی كه بنوبه خود به يك فروپاشی بس داغان كننده پا خواهد داد. جهت ترسيم مرز تمايز بين دوره دوم و سوم بايد تاكيد كنيم كه طی دوره دوم از دولت بعنوان اهرم اقتصادی عمده استفاده ميشد حال آنكه امروز آنها می خواهند اين نقش را به موسسات غير دولتی بسپارند. تاريخ نشان می دهد كه چنين شالوده ريزی هايی به برخی نتايج دست می يابد اما در عين حال به بحرانی عميقتر می انجامد. همه اينها نشانگر آن است كه امروز سرمايه داری بوروكراتيك در دوره سوم حياتش در بحبوحه يك بحران عمومی ايدئولوژيك، سياسی و اقتصادی است. اين اوضاع از سال 1974 ببعد بطرز فزاينده ای وخيم گشته و هيچ راهی برای فائق آمدن بر آن در دستشان نيست. دولت از لحاظ سياسی چند شقه است: رئيس جمهور از طريق احكام مستقيم حكم می راند و اين نقض قدرتی است كه توسط ماده 112، بند بيستم قانون اساسی خودشان معين گشته است. مجلس نمی تواند بعنوان يك نهاد قانونگزار عملكرد معين خود را به پيش برد. دستگاه قضائی توسط فوجيموری به استهزاء گرفته شده و از تمامی منابع مالی محروم گشته است. دستگاه قضائی بطور فزاينده ای به الطاف و فرامين رئيس جمهور وابسته ميشود. بعلاوه قوانين منجمله قانون جزائی جديد مرتبا فاشيستی تر ميشود. هر روز شاهد نشانه جديدی از فاشيسم و مواضع فاشيستی هستيم. آنها در حيطه ايدئولوژيك نظير اربابان امپرياليستشان تحت چتر يك ايدئولوژی پوسيده و بی آينده گرد می آيند. تنها هدفی كه برايشان باقی مانده برافراشتن لبيراليسم يعنی پرچم قرن هجده و اوائل قرن نوزده است. اين پرچم از زمان جنگ جهانی اول ديگر نخ نما و پاره پاره شده و امروز ديرزمانی است كه منسوخ گشته است. اينها افراد كله شقی هستند اما آينده ای ندارند. حال آنكه سوسياليسم ثابت كرده كه صاحب آينده ای درخشان است. سرمايه داری جسدی بيش نيست و مانند ساير اجساد بايد بخاك سپرده شود.

بنابراين آنها از لحاظ ايدئولوژيك، سياسی و اقتصادی در يك بحران عمومی عميق و عميقتر غرق ميشوند و توسط جنگ خلق مرتبا نابود ميشوند.

حكومت با اوضاعی مواجه است كه مرتبا دشوارتر ميشود اين پيچيده ترين و دشوارترين وضعيتی است كه پرو بياد دارد. آنها قادر نيستند اين اوضاع را بر طرف كنند. هر اقدامی كه بكار بندند، فقط ميتواند به سطحی ترين تعديلات و سرانجام به ورشكستگی كامل بيانجامد. ابزار عمده نابودی اينان جنگ خلق است كه بر مبارزه طبقاتی توده های خلق مبتنی می باشد.

خاطر نشان كردن سه دوره سرمايه داری بوروكراتيك و صفت مشخصه هر يك، بويژه دوره آخر حائز اهميت است. اين است كه به ما اجازه می دهد ناتوانی آنها در پيشبرد موفقيت آميز سه وظيفه ای كه مقابل مرتجعين پرو و اربابان امپرياليستشان، عمدتا امپرياليسم يانكی قرار دارد را بفهميم: تحرك بخشيدن به سرمايه داری بوروكراتيك، بازسازی دولت و نابود كردن جنگ خلق. اين وظايف از لحاظ تاريخی و سياسی غيرممكن هستند. حتی مرتجعين پرو خود می گويند كه حكومت فوجيموری هيچ دستاوردی نداشته و صرفا از شكستی به شكست ديگر در می غلتد. اين تنها بخشی از حقيقت است زيرا مشكلات بناگزير و بطرز فزاينده ای ظاهر ميشوند. اينها واقعيات مشخص راه بوروكراتيك استثمارگران يعنی بورژوازی بزرگ، زمينداران بزرگ و امپرياليسم هستند. اينها تبارز يك قانوند: اين قانون كه تكامل سرمايه داری بوروكراتيك شرايط را برای انقلاب پخته می كند و انقلاب با گسترش جنگ خلق شتاب می يابد و قدرتمندتر رشد می كند و با خود كسب سراسری قدرت سياسی را نزديكتر ميسازد.

دومين بخش سند به انتخابات محلی ويژه نيز می پردازد. تا بحال گزافه گوئی های معمول بسياری درباره آنها بوده است. مطبوعات آماده اند كه جاروجنجالهای هميشگی را در تبليغ اين انتخابات براه اندازند اما مشكل بتوانند واقعيت را پنهان كنند: امروز نيروهای مسلح نتنها در رای گيری شركت می كنند بلكه خود مستقيما مقامات محلی را بكار می گمارند. همانطور كه در سند «كانگايو» ميخوانيم آنها همچنان به اينكار ادامه ميدهند. حقيقت برملا شده است. آنها عادت داشتند درباره باصطلاح پيروزی دمكراسی لاف زنی كنند اما امروز مجبورند اعتراف كنند كه در بيش از 004 بخش هيچ مقام محلی بر سر كار نيست. اينهم از دمكراسی آنها! بعلاوه آنها اگرچه نمی توانند از كانديداهای پستهای محلی حفاظت كنند اما به آنها اجازه كنار كشيدن هم نمی دهند. اين چيزی است كه امروز در مورد كانديداهای چپ متحد در آياكوچو می بينيم. در استان «خونين» آنها مجبور شدند رهبران اصلی نيروهای شبه نظامی خود را كانديد كنند.

بنابراين انتخابات برای اين نظام پوسيده چيزی بيش از ابزار ادامه ستم و استثمار خلق نيست. بهمين علت است كه تاكتيك حزب مبنی بر تحريم انتخابات، تاكتيك خوبی است. اين تاكتيك گرايش خلق بضديت با انتخابات را گسترش ميدهد و به جنگ خلق خدمت می كند.

نكته مركزی در سومين بخش سند كه عنوان «تحريم گرايش خلق بضديت با انتخابات را گسترش ميدهد و به توسعه جنگ خلق خدمت می كند» برخود دارد، مسئله پيشرفتهای ماست. اين پيشرفتها نافی دروغهايی است كه در سال 1989  عليه ما ابراز شده است. اين بخش از سند بر ارزيابی ارائه شده توسط پلنوم دوم كميته مركزی تاكيد می گذارد: طبق اين ارزيابی در سال 1989جنگ خلق با برقرار كردن كميته های علنی خلق به پيروزی بزرگی دست يافت و در سال 1990تعادل استراتژيك را بدست آورد. همه اينها در يك جمله ساده خلاصه شده است: درود بر تعادل استراتژيك! مرتجعين و رويزيونيستها بلرزه درآمده اند و دندانهايشان را بهم می سايند. تقريبا همه آنها با صدايی گرفته می كوشند اين وضع را منكر شوند. آنها عمليات نظامی خونين و بی معنايی را عليه ما آغاز كردند. آنها مثل هميشه خشم خود را بر سر توده ها خالی می كنند و می كوشند «ثابت» كنند كه تعادل استراتژيكی در كار نيست. چرا آنها گرفتار يك آشفتگی مرگبار گشته اند؟ زيرا نظم كهن رو به مرگ است و بايد دفن شود. حزب هميشه سر حرفش ايستاده است. ما هميشه هر كاری را كه گفته ايم انجام داده ايم. ما گفتيم كه مبارزه مسلحانه را آغاز خواهيم كرد و در سال 1980  اينكار را كرديم. امروز ما به مرحله كسب سراسری قدرت پا می گذاريم. ما تعادل استراتژيك را اعلام كرده ايم و آن را بطور مشخص تعريف نموده ايم. ما برا آن تاكيدی بيش از پيش گذاشته ايم: «تعادل استراتژيك و تدارك ضد حمله برای دشمن بدان معناست كه بايد در پی بازپس گرفتن مواضع از دست رفته اش باشد تا نظام خويش را نجات دهد. و برای ما به معنای تدارك تعرض استراتژيك از طريق سازماندهی كسب قدرت دولتی است.» ما بايد اين امر را خوب درك كنيم تا بتوانيم آن را هر چه بهتر بعمل در آوريم. ما بايد بطور همه جانبه مسئله تعادل استراتژيك را نه فقط در چارچوب آموزه های صدر مائو بلكه در شكل خاصی كه اين مقوله در كشور ما بخود می گيرد مورد مطالعه قرار دهيم.

بعلاوه ما بايد ببينيم كه چگونه  سومين ارزار پيشرفت در گسترش مناطق پايگاهی كه بخشی از نقشه بزرگ  برای گسترش مناطق پايگاهی جهت كسب قدرت سياسی است يك محصول پروسه كلی يازده سال جنگ خلق است. اهميت كارزار سوم اين است كه بطرز موفقيت آميزی نقشه پيشرفت را بانجام رسانده و بنابراين حلقه رابط با يك نقشه جديد است. بطور خلاصه، اتمام كارزار سوم در ماههای مه، ژوئن و ژوئيه عالی بوده است. پيش از اين هيچگاه جنگ خلق كه عمدتا در روستا جريان دارد و به شكل مكمل در شهرها انجام ميشود اين چنين عميق به پيش نرفته بود و به چنين قله هايی دست نيافته بود. همگی ما، در تمامی سطوح، بايد بعلت اينكه اين وظيفه دشوار را از صميم قلب به انجام رسانده ايم، بسيار شادمان باشيم. از چند آجر شروع كرديم و سپس آجرهای بيشتری بروی آن قرار داديم تا ديواری محكم ايجاد شد. بگذار خائنين دست و پا بزنند و اين واقعيت را نفی كنند. علت چنين كاری منافع طبقاتی آنهاست. آنها ميخواهند جيب خود را پر كنند، برايشان مهم نيست كه مرتجعين پرو و امپرياليستها پول چندانی برای پرداختن به آنها ندارند. ما با اين واقعيت بخوبی آشنائيم زيرا آنرا شخصا تجربه و خلق كرده ايم. بنابراين توده ها و ما در حزب، ارتش چريكی خلق و قدرت سياسی نوين دستاوردهای عظيم جنگ قهرمانانه خلق را می فهميم.

آيا جنگ خلق تاثيری داشته است؟ كاملا واضح است. مثلا برای نخستين بار بحثی درباره جنگ خلق پرو در سنای آمريكا براه افتاده است. تكانهايی كه جنگ خلق ايجاد كرده به دورترين بخشهای ارتجاع جهانی نيز رسيده است. اين نشانه  عمده نيست اما مهم است. درعين حال در پرو برخی افراد در حال ساختن قلعه های فوق مدرن هوائی هستند. اين افراد شامل جلاد و خائن ملی يعنی فوجيموری و قصابانی نظير ژنرال مالكا وزير كشور، ژنرال تورس آسيه گو وزير دفاع، طرفداران پر و پا قرص يانكی ها نظير بولونيا وزير اقتصاد، و افراد پستی نظير برنالس، تاپيا، گونزالس و امثالهم هستند كه بر گرده توده ها از نردبان قدرت بالا ميروند. اين افراد كه همگی نوكران چاپلوس امپرياليسم و طبقات استثمارگرند «كمكهاي» امپرياليستی را گدائی می كنند. آنها تصور می كنند كه اين كمكها به شكست جنگ خلق خواهد انجاميد. آنها از پيشرفتهای واقعی جنگ خلق صحبت می كنند تا دليلی برای «پذيرش مجدد پرو در جامعه مالی جهاني» و دفاع از دولت فوق ارتجاعی پرو توسط امپرياليستها دست و پا كنند.

در ايالات متحده اقدامات نخستين برای انتخابات سال آتی آغاز شده و بوش برای اينكه مجددا انتخاب شود با تمام قوا به ميدان آمده است. او در خاورميانه به برخی موفقيتهای سطحی دست يافته است. پيروزی او در خاورميانه برايش بحد كافی خوب است هرچند همه می دانند كه نتوانست به اهدافش دست يابد. ما مسئله را بدين شكل مطرح می كنيم زيرا انجام يك حمله جبونانه و قلدرمنشانه عليه يك خلق را نمی توان دستاورد چندانی محسوب داشت. خصوصا امروز كه هر يك از مبارزات خلقهای جهان برای كسب رهايی جزئی از انقلاب جهانی است. (ما به محدوديتهای طبقاتی صدام حسين كاملا آگاهيم.) بعلاوه اين «پيروزي» امپرياليسم يانكی بود. آنها در خليج وارد جنگ شدند تا به اقتصاد خود تحركی بخشند اما مسئله آنگونه كه انتظار داشتند پيش نرفت و آنها همچنان در ارتباط با ساير قدرتهای امپرياليستی با مشكلات اقتصادی جدی دست بگريبانند. اگرچه اين بدان معنا نيست كه آمريكا ديگر يك ابر قدرت امپرياليستی نمی باشد. بعلاوه بوش جنگ عليه مواد مخدر را اعلام كرد. او خود را در مقابل مردم قرار داده است زيرا اقدامات وی مبنی بر مقابله با معضلات اقتصادی فقط افزايش مالياتها و كاهش بودجه برنامه های اجتماعيست. اين مسئله به مقاومت مردم آمريكا پا داده است. همچنين جنگ عليه مواد مخدر بوش را در برابر فقيرترين و استثمار شده ترين توده ها بويژه اقليتهای ستمديده قرار داده و در اينجا نيز او به موفقيت اندكی دست يافته است. جنگ عليه مواد مخدر در ارتباط نزديك با نبرد عليه جنگ خلق در پرو و مبارزه طبقاتی در منطقه كوهستانی آند قرار دارد. اين امر در امور سياسی ايالات متحده بازتاب می يابد. بنابراين بايد نتيجه گيری كنيم كه اين مسئله در ماه سپتامبر تمام نخواهد شد. در اين ماه قرار است كمكهای آمريكا به جكومت پرو از سر گرفته شود و يك معاهده «ضد مواد مخدر» بهمراه معاهدات ديگر امضا شود كه رعايت حقوق بشر يكی از آنهاست. يعنی همان چيزی كه حكومت بطور سيستماتيك آنرا نقض می كند. جنگ خلق در پرو به يك موضوع انتخاباتی تبديل شده است و اين برای ما بسيار جالب توجه است كه می بينيم در كنگره آمريكا هم بازتاب اين جنگ بچشم ميخورد بعلاوه اين عاملی است كه به مبارزه رفقای ما، رفقای حزب كمونيست انقلابی آمريكا و جنبش انقلابی انترناسيوناليستی خدمت می كند و ما را بيشتر متحد می سازد. همانگونه كه پيشبرد كارزار مشترك عليه امپرياليسم، عمدتا امپرياليسم يانكي، تحت شعار «يانكی گو هوم!» چنين می كند. اين نمونه ديگری از دستاوردها و تاثير كارزار سوم است.

چهارمين بخش سند تحت عنوان «انتخابات نه! جنگ خلق آري!» بخش عمده است. در اينجا ما معيارهای خود درباره چگونگی ارزيابی از ماركسيسم در حال حاضر را ارائه داده ايم. ما تزهای پايه ای ماركسيسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم، عمدتا مائوئيسم را در چهار عرصه مورد مطالعه دقيق قرار داده ايم و بر اصول خود مجددا تاكيد كرده ايم. اين حتی نشانگر چگونگی درك ما از اين مقوله بعنوان يك كل واحد است و اينكه چگونه ما با اين شيوه فرمولبندی خدمات ماركس، خدمات بيشتری كه لنين انجام داد و خدمات باز هم بزرگتری كه توسط صدر مائو بانجام رسيد را بيان می كنيم؛ و بعلاوه ما بدينطريق تكامل مائوئيسم بعنوان مرحله جديد، سومين و عاليترين مرحله را نشان ميدهيم.

نخستين و بموقع ترين نتيجه ای كه بايد استخراج شود اينست كه: جهت گسترش انقلاب جهانی پرولتري، نابودی امپرياليسم و ارتجاع بين المللی و محو رويزيونيسم، پشتيبانی و دفاع از ماركسيسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم و بكاربستنش تعيين كننده است. كنه قضيه اينست. در دهه  1960 مائوئيسم قدرتمندترين سلاح، بمب اتمی ما و سلاح شكست ناپذير نام گرفت. امروز می بايد بيش از گذشته متوجه اهميت تاريخی و شكست ناپذيری مائوئيسم باشيم و بدانيم كه ماركسيسم بس قدرتمند است زيرا حقيقيست. اين عاملی تعيين كننده است كه هر چيز ديگر بدان وابسته می باشد و از آن سرچشمه ميگيرد. اگر از مائوئيسم منحرف شويم انقلاب لطمه خواهد ديد. اما آنها هيچگاه نخواهند توانست از انقلاب ممانعت كنند زيرا ماركسيسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم از نو خود نمائی ميكند و رهبری را بدست ميگيرد. آنچه عمدتا بدان نياز داريم مائوئيسم است كه بايد درفش آن را هر چه رفيعتر به اهتزاز درآوريم. اين بدان معناست كه نه فقط بايد از آن پشتيبانی رد بله بايد از آن بدفاع برخاست.  برافراشتن درفش ها بمعنای دفاع از آنهاست. مسئله عمده بكاربستن آنست.

چرا بايد از ماركسيسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم، عمدتا مائوئيسم دفاع و پشتيبانی كنيم و آن را بكار بنديم؟ بخاطر پيشبرد انقلاب جهانی پرولتري. انقلاب گرايش عمده در جهان امروز است. بدون پيروزی تمام و كمال انقلاب يا بعبارت ديگر، كمونيسم، هيچ آينده ای برای نوع بشر وجود ندارد. بنابراين سئوال، چگونگی پيشبرد انقلاب جهانيست و اين يعنی انجام انقلاب و دست زدن به آن. همانگونه كه قبلاخاطر نشان شده سئوال اين نيست كه ما چند نفريم بلكه بايد پرسيد چقدر مصصم هستيم اينكار را انجام دهيم. در سال 1848 فقط ماركس و انگلس بودند. امروز بعد از گذشت 143 سال ميليونها نفر از ما در سراسر جهان وجود دارند. 143 سال پيش ما هيچ چيز نداشتيم. امروز دو تجربه غني، پرافتخار و عظيم تاريخی را صاحبيم. تجاربی كه در وجود پرولتاريا و خلقها، در وجود ما، زنده اند. و بار ديگر بايد تاكيد كنيم كه احيای سرمايه داری اين واقعيت كه انقلاب گرايش عمده است را نفی نميكند. شايد مرتجعين در خيال خود اين واقعيت را منكر شوند، اما اين خيالی پوچ است. زيرا انقلاب جهانی پرولتری در حال پيشروی است و ما جزئی از اين پيشرفت هستيم. اين حقيقتی است كه چنين پيشرفتی بايد به بهای خون حاصل شود، اما مگر هر چيزی بهائی ندارد؟ اگر خونی كه از پيكر كمونيستها و انقلابيون در سراسر جهان بر خاك ريخت نبود ما هم در اين موقعيت نبوديم.

ما برای نابودی امپرياليسم و ارتجاع بين المللی و محو آنها از چهره گيتی به مائوئيسم نياز داريم. مهم نيست كه چقدر در مورد ما لجن پراكنی ميكنند، دست آخر اين مائيم كه آنها را بهمراه تمامی آثار و نشانه هايشان دفن ميكنيم. هيچ طريقی برای ممانعت از اين خانه تكانی تاريخی بزرگ وجود ندارد.

ما برای محو رويزيونيسم هم به مائوئيسم نياز داريم. امپرياليسم و رويزيونيسم همراه يكديگر در گنداب غرق خواهند شد اما بدون نبرد با رويزيونيسم نميتوانيد با امپرياليسم بجنگيد.

ما اهميت تعيين كننده مائوئيسم را مورد تاييد مجدد قرار ميدهيم. ما اعتقاد مطلق داريم؛ كوچكترين شكی بدل راه نميدهيم و يك قدم هم از راه باز نمی مانيم. كمونيستها، طبقه، انقلابيون خوشبينند و هيچ چيز نميتواند راه ما را سد كند.

همه اين بحثها ما را به شعار تعرض عمومی ضدانقلابی را عقب برانيد! ميرساند. اين شعار بايد دستور كار ما باشد.

ما بايد نتيجه ديگری نيز استخراج كنيم: بايد به وظيفه ای كه ديگر در موردش به توافق رسيده ايم شكل مشخص بدهيم: افكار عمومی را خلق كنيد و فعاليت ايدئولوژيك عميق و نافذی را در ميان توده ها براه اندازيد! باشد تا اين وظيفه را قاطعانه و بدون فوت وقت به اجراء درآوريم. ماركسيسم بما اهميت تبليغ و ترويج را می آموزد. سخنان ماركس در سراسر جهان، تقريبا به تمامی زبانها، پراكنده شده است. لنين بما آموخت، مهم نيست فاصله كاشت و برداشت چقدر باشد زيرا ترويج هميشه ثمرات عالی ببار می آورد. مائوتسه دون گفت كه هم ارتجاع و هم انقلاب نياز به خلق افكار عمومی دارند: مرتجعين برای تداوم استثمار نياز به خلق افكار عمومی عليه انقلاب دارند. در حاليكه ما برای بكارگيری قهر انقلابی جهت كسب قدرت و دفاع از آن نياز به خلق افكار عمومی داريم. بدون خلق افكار عمومی بنفع انقلاب نميتوانيم قدرت سياسی را كسب كنيم.

ما صاحب يك ايدئولوژی پر افتخار هستيم يعنی ماركسيسم ـ لنينيسم ـمائوئيسم، عمدتا مائوئيسم. اين ايدئولوژی قدرتمندترين سلاح در جهان امروز است. ما بكاربست خلاقانه اين ايدئولوژی يعنی انديشه گونزالو را صاحبيم. پس بگذاريد اذهان را مسلح كنيم. اذهان بيشتر و بيشتری را عميقتر از پيش مسلح كنيم؛ افار خلق را فتح نيم، دستانش نيز مسلح خواهد شد. بيخود نيست كه حزب ما همواره بخاطر احاطه بر امور سياسی شهرت داشته است، زيرا سياست چيزی نيست جز بكاربست مشخص ايدئولوژی در مبارزه برای كسب قدرت سياسي. امروز ايدئولوژی ما از همه جهت و در تمامی حيطه ها تحت حمله قرار گرفته و اين حملات در حال افزايش است. اما آنها از مقابله مستقيم با ما هراس دارند. در يك مناظره مستقيم ايدئولوژيك با ماركسيسم جز شكست چيزی حاصل آنها نخواهد شد. انتقاد بورژوازی از اظهارات بی ملاحظه و مهر زدنهای بی پايه فراتر نميرود. آنها چه چيزی دارند كه با ماركسيسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم برابری كند؟ ايدئولوگهای جديد بورژوا بی مايه اند. مثلا، فوكوياما را در نظر بگيريد كه زمانی ستاره بختش ظاهرا خوش می درخشيد اما بعدا افول كرد و مانند كبريتی خاموش شد. او هرگونه تكاملی را در تاريخ نفی كرد و مرگ ايدئولوژی را اعلام داشت. او بويژه مرگ ايدئولوژی پرولتاريا را اعلام نمود و ايدئولوژی بورژوازی را از اين امر مستثنی كرد؛ به دليل اينكه از قرار امپرياليسم بعنوان يك نظام اقتصادی و سياسی حكمفرما شده است. اما تاريخ و ايدئولوژی همچنان به نبرد ادامه ميدهند و مبارزه طبقاتی قوه محره آنست. ياوه های فوكوياما در مقابله با تاريخ باد هوا شده و نبرد ميان ايدئولوژيهای طبقات گوناگون ادامه يافته است: از بنيادگرايان عرب و دينشان گرفته تا نئوليبرالها و نئوپوزيتيويستها و فاشيستها با انواع مختلف ايدئولوژی بورژوائی شان، و همينطور ما كمونيستها، منجمله در جنگ خلق تحت رهبری حزب كمونيست پرو با ايدئولوژی علميمان كه ماركسيسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم نام دارد. بدين ترتيب بار ديگر ياوه ها و تئوريهای دروغين بورژوازی دود ميشود و بهوا ميرود.

اين اواخر آنها به «ژوزف دمستر» رجعت كرده اند كه حقيقتا چرند است. حتی «اوسلار پی يتري» كه شاه اسپانيا بخاطر آثارش به او جايزه داده ميگويد «دمستر» دشمن هر چيز مترقی است. اين حرف صحيحی است زيرا «دمستر» يك متعصب سرسخت طرفدار پاپ بوده است. تنها چيزی كه از پوشيدن خرقه عقب افتاده ترين «تئوريسين ها» نصيب بورژوازی ميشود عفونت بيش از پيش است. بورژوازی و ارتجاع بطور كل كه حتی ذره ای خون تازه برای جان دميدن به كالبد پوسيده شان ندارند فقط ميتوانند رگهای خود را با كثافات مسموم پر كنند.

چگونه بايد به حملات ايدئولوژيك اينان پاسخ گوئيم؟ بايد اينان را بطور همه جانبه افشاء كنيم، نقاب فريبكارانه و متعفنشان را از هم بدريم، و با ماركسيسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم، عمدتا مائوئيسم و اربست آن در واقعيت مشخص، با اينان مقابله كنيم. ماركسيسم تنها ايدئولوژی حقيقی بلحاظ علمی است. اين ايدئولوژی ميتواند كوه ها را از جای بر كند و جهان را واژگون ساخته، دگرگون كند. ايده اليسم فقط ميتواند تصويری وارونه از واقعيت ارائه دهد. ماركس گفت كه فلسفه به بند كشيده شده بود، از توده ها ربوده شده بود، گرفتار كلمات و لفاظيهای پيچيده شده بود تا از دسترس توده ها دور بماند. ما بايد فلسفه را آزاد كنيم و به توده ها باز گردانيم. ما بايد از طريق بسيج توده ها فلسفه خويش را بدرستی بكار بنديم. خلق افكار عمومی برای بسيج توده ها صورت ميگيرد. بگذاريد آنها مبلغ و مروج باشند. بگذاريد برای آموزش ماركسيسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم، عمدتا مائوئيسم و انديشه گونزالو به توده ها يك جنبش توده ای برپا كنيم. ضرورت چنين جنبشي، از همان ابتدا يكی از آموزشهای پايه ای ماركسيستی بوده و انقلاب فرهنگی كبير پرولتاريائی مثال زنده و افتخار آميزی از بسيج توده ها بر مبنای ايدئولوژی ماركسيستی ـ لنينيستی ـ مائوئيستی جهت ادامه ساختمان سوسياليسم تحت ديكتاتوری پرولتاريا، پايداری در مسير انقلاب، جلوگيری از ربوده شدن ثمرات انقلاب و دفاع از آن بود. توده ها را در يك جنبش عظيم و عميق تئوريك و ايدئولوژيك بر مبنای ايده های ماركسيستی ـ لنينيستی ـ مائوئيستي، انديشه گونزالوئی بسيج كنيد. آنها را از اين كثافات فئودالي، بورژوائی و طرفدار امپرياليستی كه جهان را در چشمشان وارونه می نماياند، رها كنيد. بگذاريد فلسفه از كشوی ميز تحرير بيرون بيايد. فلسفه را از چنگ كتاب پرستان و نهادهای قلابی آكادميك آزاد كنيد و به ميان توده ها، به درون مبارزه طبقاتی روزمره، به ميان خلق ببريد. روح توده ها ربوده شده است؛ آن را پس بگيريد و به آنها باز گردانيد تا ديگر نگذارند كسی تحميقشان كند. فلسفه و علم به دانشمندان و خبرگان تعلق ندارد بلكه از آن توده هاست. امروز ديد توده ها بيش از پيش ديالكتيكی ميشود اما اين امر بايد آگاهانه صورت گيرد تا آنها قوانين ديالكتيك را آگاهانه بكار گيرند و قانون تضاد را با شناخت كامل از مفهوم آن در طبيعت، جامعه و ايده ها بكار بندند. توده ها قادرند چنين دستاوردی حاصل كنند زيرا آنها سازنده تاريخ و خالق هر چيزند. بعلاوه، هر شناختی از عمل سرچشمه ميگيرد. بالاتر از همه، انسانها در عمل اجتماعی روزمره خود، پديده ها را تغيير ميدهند و در جريان پروسه تغيير می آموزند و می فهمند. فهمی كه در جريان عمل كسب شده دوباره به عمل گذاشته ميشود، به تغييرات بيشتر، به تكامل، به پيشرفت پا ميدهد. اما از آنجا كه هر چيز مهر اين يا آن طبقه را بر خود دارد، اين عمل، اين شناخت، اين تحولات هم يك خصلت طبقاتی خواهد داشت. يا بنفع پرولتاريا و خلق خواهد بود و يا عليه آنها. سرچشمه هر شناختی عمل است، عمل متحول كننده تاريخی توده ها و نوع بشر است. در هر دوران معين، در جريان عمل اجتماعيست كه توده ها ذهن خود را به ايده هائی مسلح ميكنند كه با آن دوران خوانائی دارد؛ و بدين ترتيب دستانشان را مسلح مينند تا وظايفی كه تاريخ معين كرده را تحقق بخشند. مطالعه، يك جزء مكمل ضروری اين پروسه است. افراد در يك چارچوب طبقاتی معين و بر مبنای منافع يك طبقه معين وارد عمل ميشوند و اين عمل به ظهور ايده ها، به ظهور ايدئولوژی می انجامد. عمل سازمان يافته آنها به تحول اجتماعي، به پيشرفتی برای اكثريت مردم می انجامد. انگلس بما می آموزد كه ايده ها را از طريق عمل جا بيندازيم. ما از دهه 1970 اين برخورد را در حزب پيشه كرده ايم و همچنان بايد چنين كنيم.

اما چگونه ميتوانيم توده ها را به ايدئولوژی و عمل ماركسيسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم، انديشه گونزالو مسلح كنيم؟ توده ها از طريق دست و پنجه نرم كردن با مشكلات مشخصی كه در حيطه های ايدئولوژيك، سياسی و اقتصادی مقابلشان قرار ميگيرد و بر مبنای فعاليت ما برای ارتقاء سطح آنها و اشاعه (ايدئولوژی ـ مترجم) است كه از لحاظ ايدئولوژيك مسلح ميشوند. ما بعنوان بخشی از ارزيابی تجربه كارزار اصلاح كه توسط اولين پلنوم كميته مركزی براه افتاد بايد توجه خود را به مسئله ارتقاء معيارها و امراشاعه معطوف داريم. در اينجا بايد بين رهبری و كادرها از يكطرف و اعضای ساده حزب از طرف ديگر، و بين سطوح گوناگون تشكيلات حزب كه شامل عضويت در حزب، ارتش چريكی خلق و تشكلات توده ای ايجاد شده توسط حزب است، و نيز بين تشكلات توده ای كه همدوش ما نبرد ميكنند، مرز تمايز بكشيم.

يكی از امتيازات و امكانات ارتجاع، داشتن چندين وسيله اطلاعات رسانی است. سيستم بسيار پيشرفته رسانه های گروهی ارتجاع شامل روزنامه ها، مجلات، ايستگاه های راديو و تلويزيونی و غيره است. ما اينهمه را در اختيار نداريم ولی ميتوانيم بروی يك منبع شكست ناپذير حساب كنيم؛ بروی اين واقعيت كه توده ها سازنده تاريخند. شناخت از عمل سرچشمه ميگيرد و عمل را توده ها انجام ميدهند. گفته ايم كه توده ها بايد بعنوان مبلغ و مروج تربيت شوند. كسانيكه درگير نبرد و مقاومت بوده اند ميدانند كه همه اينكارها را چگونه بايد انجام داد. اين كار هميشگی آنها بوده بنابراين تبليغ و ترويج را هم خوب ميتوانند به پيش برند. روش ما چه بايد باشد؟ كار شفاهي. روش شفاهی ساده است و بما اجازه ميدهد كه با تحتانی ترين توده ها هم ارتباط برقرار كنيم. از آنجا كه اين روش را ميتوان با هر مخاطبی از دهقان و كارگر گرفته تا دانشجو، روشنفكر، سرباز، دكاندار و غيره وفق داد، برای ما انعطاف بيشتری بهمراه دارد. و در چارچوب يك استراتژی كلي، انعطاف پذيرتر و ماهرانه تر است. بعلاوه ما بايد از روش كتبی هم استفاده كنيم. بايد از زبانی روشن و ساده استفاده كنيم و با قلم بهمان اندازه خوب بجنگيم كه با شمشير. بايد از طراحی هم استفاده كنيم كه بويژه روش خوبی برای كار با دهقانان بيسواد است. ما بايد از همه روشهای جديدی كه ميتوانيم بدان دست يابيم استفاده كنيم ولی بايد بخاطر داشته باشيم كه روش شفاهي، عمده است؛ زيرا ميتواند بيشترين ارتباط را با توده های خلق برقرار كند.

تكرار ميكنيم، وقتی كه به خلق خدمت ميكنيم و روش بدون خرج شفاهی را خوب پياده می نمائيم تمامی وسائل تاكتيكی مورد نياز را در اختيار داريم.

مثلا، ما بايد توده ها تشويق كنيم مظالمی كه بر آنها رفته را بازگو كنند. برای اينكار شما فقط به گروهی احتياج داريد كه تجارب خويش از ستم و استثمار فزاينده را تعريف كنند. بمحض اينكه يكنفر شروع كند، بقيه هم ادامه ميدهند و كمی بعد همگی قدرت انفجاری خشم خويش را حس ميكنند. اينكار باعث تحريك مردم ميشود و آنها را عليه علل استثمار و ضد ستمگران بصحنه عمل می كشاند. ما بايد گروه های مختلف مردم را در نقاط گوناگون تشويق كنيم كه اين مظالم را شرح دهند تا بدين ترتيب كلام آنها مانند گردبادی خشماگين بهم آميزد. فرد بتنهائی ضعيف است اما وقتی كه افراد بسياری بهم بپيوندند نيروئی پر توان می سازند. شكل ديگر ترويج كتبی توده اي، داتسی بائو يا روزنامه ديواری است. صدر مائو بما آموخت كه اين نوشتجات ديواری در امر دمكراسی بسيار موثرند. توده ها حتی احتياج به كاغذ هم ندارند؛ آنها ميتوانند با گچ، ذغال يا رنگی كه دستشان آمد خواسته ها، اشكال مبارزاتی لازم، تجارب مثبت و منفی و ارزيابيشان از رهبران را با حروف درشت روی ديوار بنويسند. اين تبارزی از دمكراسی توده ايست. اين كاملا خلاف دمكراسی دروغين بورژوائيست كه خيلی تبليغش را ميكنند اما فقط بنفع حاكمان و استثمارگران است، نه بنفع خلق. وقتی توده ها فكر ميكنند و بعمل دست ميزنند از قدرتی پايان ناپذير بهره مندند و ميتوانند در هر عرصه اي، از امور سياسی و نظامی گرفته تا اقتصاد، هنر و علوم منشاء خدمت شوند. بگذاريد همچنان دمكراسی خلق را توسعه دهيم؛ بگذاريد توده ها نقشه ها را به بحث گذارند و آنچه خود بعنوان سرباز در ارتش چريكی خلق به اجراء گذاشته اند را مورد ارزيابی قرار دهند. اينكار به فهم بهتر، وحدت بيشتر و عملی قدرتمندتر خواهد انجاميد. بگذاريد توده ها در جريان دمكراسی قابليتهای خود بعنوان مبلغ و مروج را بنمايش گذارند.

يك جنبش توده ای و عظيم ايدئولوژيك، محتاج رهبری حزب است؛ زيرا حزب آگاه ترين عنصر محسوب ميشود؛ البته تا زمانيكه ماركسيسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم، انديشه گونزالو، قوانين حاكم بر انقلاب و امور سياسی يا بعبارت ديگر قوانين مبارزه طبقاتی برای قدرت سياسی و جنگ خلق بمنزله شكل عمده مبارزه را درك ميكند، بكار ميگيرد و بعمل در می آورد. بدون حزب، توده ها حتی نميتوانند به نقشه ای مجهز شوند و ضروريست كه حزب آنها را با نقشه ای خوب رهبری كند. ميدانيم كه نقشه يك شكل ايدئولوژيك است و نقشه حزب تبارزی از ماركسيسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم، انديشه گونزالوست. زمانيكه نقشه فرموله شد، حزب می بايد تشكلات گوناگون را بكار اندازد؛ زيرا يك خط سياسی بدون اشكال تشكيلاتی كه آن خط را به عمل مشخص تبديل كنند نميتواند به يك نيروی مادی تبديل شود. اين اشكال ميتوانند تشكلات حزبی باشند يا ارتش، تشكلات ايجاد شده توسط حزب، ارگانهای قدرت سياسی و يا تشكلاتی كه توسط تحتانی ترين اقشار توده ها بوجود آمده است. بگذاريد توده ها بسيج عظيم ايدئولوژيك جهت پشتيبانی و دفاع از ماركسيسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم، عمدتا مائوئيسم و انديشه گونزالو، و بكاربست آن را به پيش برند. و بگذاريد عمليات مسلحانه اين ايده ها را جا بيندازد.  ماركسیسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم بعنوان حقيقت جهانشمول مطرح است و انديشه گونزالو كه برای ما عمدگی دارد، بكاربست خلاقانه آن حقيقت جهانشمول به شرايط مشخص ماست.

بنابراين فقط حزب كمونيست ميتواند پروسه عظيم تبليغ و ترويج توده ای را رهبری كند. همانطور كه صدر مائو بما آموخت: «تا زمانيكه توده ها و حزب موجود است هر معجزه ای ميتواند اتفاق بيفتد.

 

د ـ كارزار اصلاح

امروز در اين نشست ما تصميم دومين پلنوم كميته مركزی را به اجراء ميگذاريم. وظيفه ما پيشبرد كارزار اصلاح بود. وظيفه تشكلات پائينتر، اعضای حزب، رزمندگان، فعالين و توده ها نيز پيشبرد همين كارزار بود. در حال حاضر ما اين كارزار را به نقطه اوجش نزديك ميكنيم. ما بخش «انتخابات نه! جنگ خلق آري!» را بطور فردی و جمعی مطالعه كرده، به بحث گذاشته و بكار بسته ايم.

بنا بر آنچه تا بحال گفته شده ميتوان برخی نظرات را در مورد اين بحثها طرح كرد. مسئله عمده چگونگی پيشبرد مطالعه اين سند در اوضاع سياسی جاريست. ما كمونيستها ياد ميگيريم كه بقصد بكار گيری مطالعه كنيم. در غير اينصورت، بجای استفاده از ماركسيسم برای حل مشكلات حاد به پرستش كتاب مبتلا خواهيم شد. مطالعه مجرد امری متافيزيكي، ايده اليستی و بورژوائيست. ما پراگماتيست هم نيستيم و  مانند امپرياليستها و ماترياليستهای بی مقدار، مطالعه را با درك تنگ نظرانه از بهره جوئی روزمره  انجام نميدهيم. ما تئوری را بخاطر بكارگيريش در عمل و دگرگون كردن واقعيت ياد ميگيريم؛ بخاطر تغيير جهان بر مبنای منافع طبقه و خلق. بنابراين مسئله چگونگی بكاربست آن در سه سطح مطرح است:

1 ـ در انقلاب جهانی پرولتري. در اينجا فقط يك موضوع مطرح است. سند مسائل حاد ماركسيسم در شرايط نونی را ارائه ميند: قهر انقلابي، مبارزه طبقاتي، سوسياليسم و ديكتاتوری پرولتاريا، مبارزه عليه رويزيونيسم. از اين چهار مسئله، سوسياليسم و ديكتاتوری پرولتاريا عمده است. نكته اينجاست كه مائوئيسم مرحله جديد، سومين و عاليترين مرحله، يعنی ماركسيسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم، عمدتا مائوئيسم است زيرا با مائوئيسم است كه ما بايد زمين و زمان را بلرزه درآوريم. ارزش سند در همينجا نهفته است. اين سند ماركسيسم را مورد تاييد مجدد قرار داده و اعلام ميكند كه امروز ماركسيست بودن بمعنای ماركسيست ـ لنينيست ـ مائوئيست، عمدتا مائوئيست بودن است. اين سند مائوئيسم را مرحله جديد، سومين و عاليترين مرحله ماركسيسم می داند كه در سراسر جهان، برای كمونيستها، برای پرولتاريا و خلقهای جهان صاحب قدرت و اعتبار است. اين امری تعيين كننده است. بنابراين، نخستين موضع ما از اينجا، از مائوئيسم سرچشمه ميگيرد و اين مورد توافق كنگره ما قرار گرفته است: عنصر عمده در انديشه گونزالو، معين كردن مائوئيسم بعنوان مرحله جديد، سومين و عاليترين مرحله است.

2 ـ در انقلاب پرو. در اينجا عمده اينست كه سند به ساختن دولت نوين در جريان جنگ خلق خدمت ميكند. اين دولت توسط ارتش چريكی خلق و تحت رهبری حزب كمونيست در حال ساخته شدن بوده و بر توده های خلق متكی است. اين سند در خدمت كسب سراسری قدرت است. سند به نكات فوق العاده مهمی می پردازد كه امروز می بايد در دولت نوين بكار بسته شود.

3 ـ چگونه بايد سند را در سطح افراد بكار بنديم؟ واجب است كه هر يك از ما سند را جذب كرده و در خود تجسم بخشيم تا بتوانيم بهتر به انقلاب خدمت كنيم. در همين مورد بايد بگوئيم كه همه حضار مستقيما با مسئله روشنفكر بودن و مسائل هنری درگيرند. نكته اينجاست كه هميشه سياست را در مقام فرماندهی قرار دهيم. افراد در نتيجه مطالعه ماركسيسم تكان ميخورند و تضاد بين دو جهانبينی رو می آيد. ماركسيسم به جنبه غير پرولتری ضربه ميزند و پروسه آبديده كردن افراد بلحاظ ايدئولوژيك را هدايت ميكند. مانند هر وظيفه ديگر، در اينجا نيز سه مرحله موجود است كه هر يك تضاد خود را دارد. در آغاز اين سئوال مطرح است كه اصلا بايد مطالعه كرد يا نه؟ و هنگامی كه مطالعه آغاز شد نيمی از راه طی شده است. سپس با توسعه هر چه بيشتر اين روند، اين سئوال مطرح ميشود كه بايد ادامه داد يا دست كشيد؟ اين مبارزه ديگری است كه در اينجا بشكل ش دادن ار و سنگين نمودن آن، نمايان شد. اوضاع بدی بود زيرا معنايش اين بود كه جنبه كهنه و بورژوائی غالب خواهد شد. ما در مورد مسئله بحث كرديم و به اين نتيجه رسيديم كه اين وظيفه را با  اولويت دادن به پيش ببريم و با استفاده از تاكتيكهای ضربتی در آن گشايشی ايجاد نيم.  اين روش بسيار مفيدی است؛ بخشی از سبك كار ماركسيستی ـ لنينيستی ـ مائوئيستي، انديشه گونزالوئيست. اين بمعنای تمركز تمام انرژيمان بر وظيفه مقابل پا و دست نكشيدن از كار تا زمانی است كه اين وظيفه به انجام رسد. اين روش را ميشود به راهپيمائی اجباری ما بهنگام مورد تعقيب دشمن قرار گرفتن تشبيه كرد. ما يك لحظه هم توقف نميكنيم تا بتوانيم بجای اسير شدن، با مانور دادن از چنگ دشمن خارج شويم. با اتخاذ اين روش در جريان مطالعه، بجای اينكه ايدئولوژی بورژوائی در جنگ با ايدئولوژی پرولتری در ذهن ما پيروز شود،  اجازه می يابيم اين ايدئولوژی نوين را بدست آورده و جذب كنيم و آن را برای غلبه بر ديدگاه بورژوائي، ايده اليستی و غير پرولتری بكار گيريم. ايده های كهنه مقاومت ميكنند و همه ما بايد آگاهانه و داوطلبانه نبردی را در ذهن خود به پيش بريم تا سرانجام مقاومت آنها را در هم شكنيم و شكستشان دهيم. جنبه كهنه در گوش ما چنين زمزمه ميكند: چطور ميتوانی از راه هائی كه خوب می شناسی دست بكشي! چطور ميتوانی از راه هائی كه ساليان سال در آن گام زده ای خارج شوي! جنبه كهنه بر تمامی پديده های پوسيده رنگ و لعاب ميزند تا اراده ما را تضعيف كند. تاكتيكهای ضربتی در مقابله با اين مقاومت بسيار موثر است.

در مرحله سوم يعنی نتيجه گيري، تضادی ميان به پايان رساندن يا نرساندن وظيفه بروز می يابد. اين تضاد تا زمانيكه شما تصميم ميگيريد وظيفه را به انجام رسانيد و سپس انجامش ميدهيد، وجود دارد. تمام شدن يك دور مشخص مطالعه، يك جهش است ه روش تاكتيكهای ضربتی به انجام آن بسيار كمك ميند.

شما كارزار اصلاح را به پيش برده ايد. اين صرفا شكلی از آشكار كردن مبارزه دو خط است تا ايدئولوژی پرولتاريا ما را شكل دهد.

شما چقدر پيشرفت كرده ايد؟ شما از بی خبری نسبت به محتوای سند شروع كرده و سپس به مطالعه و بحث در مورد آن پرداخته ايد. اين كار بشما اجازه داده در ارتباط با چهار مسئله پايه ای ماركسيسم در شرايط كنوني، خود را به بينش ماركسيستی ـ لنينيستی ـ مائوئيستي، انديشه گونزالوئی مسلح كنيد.

نتيجه اينكه، بايد تاكيد كنيم اين سند خدمتی جدی به ضد حمله ماركسيستی ـ لنينيستی ـ مائوئيستي، انديشه گونزالوئی عليه تعرض مشترك ضدانقلابی رويزيونيسم و امپرياليسم، و مقابله با تعرض عمومی ضدانقلابيست. بنابراين ما با مسلح شدن به اين سند به انقلاب پرو و انقلاب جهانی پرولتری خدمت ميكنيم. پاسخ به هيچ سئوالی را هرگز نبايد كامل در نظر گرفت. هر شناختی نسبی است زيرا ماده را فقط بصورت قسمی منعكس ميكند و لذا بايد كاملتر شود. اما اين سند بر ماركسيسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم، عمدتا مائوئيسم منطبق است و حسنش در همين است. بعلاوه نحوه نگرش سند به امور از انديشه گونزالو پيروی ميكند. بنابراين اين سندی ماركسيستی ـ لنينيستی ـ مائوئيستي، انديشه گونزالوئيست.

 

هـ ـ نتيجه گيري

1 ـ اين نشست بسيار خوبی بود. كار پيشرفت كرده است. پرداختن به مطالعه در بحبوحه جنگ بما در پيشبرد بهتر آن كمك ميكند. مطالعه ما شرايط را برای جهشی بزرگتر در عرصه عمل آماده كرده است.

2 ـ در جمعبندی از نظراتی كه پيشتر ابراز شد، ما با تضاد بين آناليز و سنتز در ارتباط با مطالعه برخورد كرده و گفته ايم كه در دور اول بحث گرايش به تمركز بر آناليز بود. اما سپس، در نتيجه بحث های بعدي، سنتزی بدست آمده و جوهر قضيه درك شده است: موضعگيری بنفع مائوئيسم.

جهشی كيفی تدارك ديده شده بود و اينك انجام گشت. مطالعه بر اثر محدوديت ناشی از ناديده گرفتن سنتز لطمه ديد اما اين امر شرايط را برای يك جهش مهيا ساخت. اگر آناليز و سنتز را درك كنيد، مطالعه قدرتمندتر شده، جوهر قضايا درك گشته و جهشی صورت خواهد گرفت.

3 ـ ماركسيسم در ارتباط با چهار سئوال حاد درك شده است.

4 ـ ما مطالعه ميكنيم تا آن را در مبارزه طبقاتی جاری بكار بنديم، تا در جريان نبرد با پرداختن به مسائل حاد برای خويش ميدان مانوری بدست آوريم. نگاه ما بايد متوجه آنچه در آينده پيش می آيد باشد و نه فقط آنچه در سند آمده است.

5 ـ اين نشست به فهم مشلاتی كه كل حزب با آن مواجه گشته كمك كرده است. بنابراين تجربه اين نشست و آنچه انجام داده ايم به همه بسيار كمك خواهد كرد. مثلا، كل حزب از روش اولويت دادن به اين وظيفه و بكارگيری تاكتيكهای ضربتی در اجرای آن بخاطر به انجام رساندن مطالعه خويش در كارزار اصلاح بهره خواهد جست.

6 ـ البته ضروری است كه درك بهتری از وظايف سياسی مشخص در ارتباط با ساختن قدرت سياسی نوين در جريان جنگ خلق جهت كسب سراسری قدرت بدست آوريم. اما برای شما اين مشخصا بمعنای فعاليت بمنزله روشنفكران و هنرمندان است. بنابراين دستور كار شما بايد «خدمت به خلق و پيروی از رهبری حزب» باشد.

7 ـ شما چقدر پيشرفت كرده ايد؟ شما از طريق مطالعه سيستماتيك و شديد، و با در نظر داشتن مسائل مشخص، يك جهش كرده ايد. فهم بهتری از معنای ماركسيسم ـ لنينيسم ـ مائوئيسم، انديشه گونزالو، و اينكه چرا  جهت دگرگونی تمام و كمال جامعه پرو و خدمت به انقلاب جهانی بايد از آن دفاع و پشتيبانی كرد و بكارش بست، حاصل شده است.

8 ـ اگر جهشی صورت گرفته چگونه بايد آن را تحكيم كنيم؟ اين جهش جديد چگونه بايد گسترش يابد؟ چگونگی تحكيم و گسترش جهش جديد، دو سئوالی است كه از زاويه چگونگی بيشتر و بهتر خدمت كردن به حزب، انقلاب پرو، انقلاب جهاني، كل نوع بشر و پيشروی بسوی كمونيسم مطرح ميشود.
